dc.description.abstractVisoki genetski i proizvodni potencijal za prinos novih sorti strnih žita u praksi se ne iskorišćava u dovoljnoj meri. U 1997/98. godini ostvareni su znatno niži prinosi u odnosu na potencijal sorti, zemljišta i klime. Uzroci niskom stepenu iskorišćavanja potencijala sorti su brojni. Klimatski faktori, kao sto su temperature a zatim količina i raspored padavina, ispoljavaju veći uticaj na prinos ako tehnologija gajenja nije primerena zahtevu sorti. Povratak sortnoj tehnologiji treba da doprinese povećanju i stabilizaciji prinosa pšenice i ječma u Srbiji. Presudni momenti u proizvodnji pšenice u 1997/98. bili su: 1) značajna upotreba nedeklarisanog semena; 2) izostanak osnovne doze NPK-hraniva; 3) nepovoljni vremenski uslovi pri kraju zime (februar - mart) i u početku perioda formiranja i nalivanja zrna (prva dekada juna). Poređenje ostvarenih prinosa u proizvodnji i ogledima ukazuje na neiskorišćene potencijale 1997/98. godine. Ekonomski i privredni uslovi u kojima se odvijala proizvodnja, takođe su bili nepovoljni.sr
dc.description.abstractGrowing technology and weather conditions during the 1997/98 season were analyzed. Based on these analyses and the results of various trials, we have made recommendations for a better utilization of the genetic potential of currently grown wheat cultivars. According to the results of our paper, the two key factors in the production were: 1 ) a period without rainfall during February and March that reduced the effects of top dressing; 2) a heat wave in early June that shortened the growing season. Both of these factors would have had less impact on yields if the technology used had been on a higher level. Connections between the production and specialist services and institutes should be improved to enable a faster flow of information.sr
