Effect of azotobacter chroococcum, bacillus subtilis and pseudomonas fluorescens on the microbial abundance in maize rhizosphere

Cilj ovih istraživanja bio je da se ispita uticaj sojeva Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus subtilis i Pseudomonas fluorescens na brojnost mikroorganizama u rizosferi kukuruza, Ogled je postavljen na zemljištu tipa černozem na oglednom polju Rimski šančevi, Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo. Primenjeni sojevi, kao i njihove kombinacije, delovali su stimula tivno na brojnost mikroorganizama u rizosferi kukuruza. Primenom mikroorganizama u proizvodnji kukuruza smanjila bi se upotreba hemijskih sredstava, odnosno đubriva i pesticida, a time i zagađenje zemljišta.
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus subtilis and
Pseudomonas fluorescens on the microbial abundance in maize rhizosphere. Field trial was established on chernozem soil at Rimski šančevi experiment field of Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops. Applied strains, as well as their combinations stimulated the microbial abundance in maize rhizosphere. Application of microorganisms in maize production could reduce the use of chemicals, including fertilizers and pesticides, and thus the soil pollution.
