dc.description.abstract | Seeds of 60 genotypes of winter rapeseed have been analyzed for oil, protein and glucosinolate contents. Oil content was determined by Soxlett method, protein content was determined based on an estimation of the nitrogen in seed, multiplying result with coefficient 6.25. Glucosinolate content was determined by a modified AOCS method, based on an estimation of the sulfur in seed. Oil content ranged from 31 to 49%, protein contents ranged from 15.4 to 31. 6%, total sulfur contents from 2.6 to 11.6 mg/g of dry seed. The genotypes with low sulfur content (glucosinolate level) and high protein level have been selected for further breeding. | en |
dc.description.abstract | U semenu 60 genotipova ozime uljane repice analiziran je sadržaj ulja, proteina i glukozinolata. Sadržaj ulja određen je po Soxlett-u, sadržaj proteina određen je preko sadržaja azota, množenjem sa koeficijentom 6,25, a sadržaj glukozinolata preko sadržaja sumpora u osušenom semenu uljane repice. Sadržaj ulja kretao se od 31 do 49%, sadržaj proteina kretao se od 15,4 do 31,6%, a ukupan sadržaj sumpora od 2,6 do 11,6 mg/g semena. Genotipovi sa niskim sadržajem sumpora (odnosno ukupnih glukozinolata), a visokim sadržajem proteina biće uključeni u selekcioni program. | sr |
