dc.description.abstract | U opštim i specifičnim rasadnicima bolesti u toku 1998/99.g. testirana je otpornost domaćih sorti i linija pšenice, iz oplemenjivačkih programa, prema prevalentnim parazitima Erysiphe graminis tritici i Puccinia recondita. Najveći broj domaćih genotipova, testiranih na otpornost prema E graminis tritici, nalazi se u kategorijama IV-srednje osetljivih (32,6%) i III-srednje otpomih (29,6%). U kategorijama I i II (visoko otporne i otporne) nalazi se 33,9% genotipova, koji mogu poslužiti kao izvori otpornosti prema ovom patogenu. Prema prouzrokovaču lisne rđe (P. recondita) 55,1% genotipova bilo je u kategorijama srednje osetljivih, osetljivih i visoko osetljivih. Međutim, u 1999.g., koja je bila povoljna za razvoj lisne rđe, bilo je 23,9% visoko otpornih genotipova. Od 20 najraširenijih novosadskih sorti pšenice, po svojoj otpornosti prema E. graminis triticii P. recondita, u 1999. g. izdvajaju se sorte Mina, Pesma i Tiha. Što se tiče insekata, u radu se prikazuju rezultati višegodišnjeg rada ispitivanja otpornosti, odnosno tolerantnosti prema žitnoj stenici (Eurygaster austriaca), žutoj pšenicnoj muvi (Opomyza florum) i žitnoj pijavici (Lema melanopus). | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Because pathogens and insects significantly affect wheat yield level, breeding for resistance is the most effective method of their control which in turn, secures satisfactory yields. In the course of 1998 and 1999, domestic wheat varieties and lines were tested for resistance to the prevalent parasites Erysiphe graminis and Puccinia recondita. The tests were conducted in general and specific disease nurseries. Infection coefficients (ACI) were calculated on the basis of the registered intensities and types of infection. | sr |
