Apstrakt
Field trial was established in order to analyze the NPK content in the above ground plant part of ten broomcorn cultivars of different origin. The weight of total above ground part was significantly affected by the length of growing season. Highest N and P contents were found in grains, lowest in the panicle and the stem. The highest K content was found in the stem, the lowest in grains. The ratio of NPK in the above ground plant part was 1:0.2:0.9. To produce 100 kg of absolutely dry panicle, broomcorn plants have to take up 5.06 kg of N, 1.00 kg of P and 4.71 kg of K. .
U poljskom ogledu koji je obuhvatao deset sorti sirka metlaša različitog porekla analiziran je sadržaj NPK u nadzemnim delovima biljke. Prinos ukupne nadzemne mase biljaka je pod značajnim uticajem dužine vegetacije. Sadržaj N i P je najveći u zrnu a najmanji u metlici i stablu, dok je sadržaj K najveći u stablu a najmanji u zrnu. Odnos NPK u nadzemnim delovima biljke je 1:0,2:0,9. Za proizvodnju 100 kg apsolutno suve mase sirkove metlice biljke asimiluju 5,06 kg N, 1,00 kg P i 4,71 kg K. .
