dc.description.abstractRapeseed (Brassica napus L.) is grown for the production of seed with high oil and protein content. The increased demand in raw materials for biodiesel production resulted in increased production of rapeseed in Serbia. Sixteen rapeseed genotypes grown on two sites, Novi Sad and Sombor, during 2006/07 were analyzed. Values of seed yield, as well as seed oil and protein content are presented for each genotype at given site, while fatty acid and glucosinolate content was presented as a bulk sample for each genotype from both sites. Analysis showed significant effect of the site and genotype on seed yield, oil and protein content. There were significant differences of genotype in basic fatty acid content in oil, as well as glucosinolate content in seed. The few genotypes will be included in breeding program. NS-L-33 (high seed yield), NS-L-102 (stable and high oil content), NS-L-129 (stable and high protein content), NS-L-31, NS-L-129 and NS-L-134 (high content of oleic acid), NS-L-128 and NS-L-138 (high content of linoleic and linolenic acid) and NS-L 138 (low glucosinolate content).en
dc.description.abstractUljana repica (Brassica napus L.) se gaji za proizvodnju semena sa visokim sadržajem ulja i proteina. Potražnja za sirovinama u proizvodnji biodizela izazvala je povećanje površina zasejanih uljanom repicom i u Srbiji. Ispitano je šesnaest genotipova ozime uljane repice, na dva lokaliteta (Novi Sad i Sombor) tokom 2006/07. godine. Prikazane su vrednosti za svaki genotip za prinos semena, sadržaj ulja i proteina u semenu u pojedinačnim lokalitetima, a za sadržaj masnih kiselina i glukozinolata za zbirni uzorak iz oba lokaliteta za svaki genotip. Analiza je pokazala značajan uticaj lokaliteta i genotipa na prinos semena, sadržaj ulja i proteina. Značajne razlike između genotipova postoje i u sadržaju osnovnih masnih kiselina u ulju i glukozinolata u semenu. Na osnovu rezultata ispitivanja izdvojeni su sledeći genotipovi: linija NS-L-33 (visok prinos semena), linija NS-L-102 (stabilan i visok sadržaj ulja), linja NS-L-129 (stabilan i visok sadržaj proteina), linije NS-L-31, NS-L-129 i NS-L-134 (visok sadržaj oleinske kiseline), linije NS-L-128 i NS-L-138 (visok sadržaj linolne i linolenske kiseline) i linija NS-L 138 (nizak sadržaj glukozinolata).sr
