dc.description.abstractDetailed dry pea production technology, in conditions of Serbia, has been shown. Differences between production technologies of dry pea and forage pea are conditioned by significant differences in morphological structure of plants of this two pea types. Main differences in production technology are connected with fertilization, crop density and weed management. Dry pea has a higher fertilization requirement, compared to forage pea. This is especially significant for varieties with determined stem growth. Most prominent varieties of dry pea in Serbia have been developed at the Institute of field and vegetable crops (MS Junior, Jezero and Javor). The optimal sowing date of dry pea, in climatic conditions of The Vojvodina Province, is from 15 February to 15 March. The optimal crop density is 120 plants per m-2. Harvest is the most complex measure in dry pea production technology, due to lodging. With a good variety choice, and application of modern production technology, a yield of 3,5 to 5 t ha-1 can be achieved (Tab. 5).en
dc.description.abstractDetaljno je prikazana tehnologija proizvodnje proteinskog graška za agroekološke uslove Srbije. Razlike u tehnologiji proizvodnje proteinskog graška, u poređenju sa krmnim graškom, uslovljene su značajnim razlikama u morfološkoj građi biljaka ova dva tipa graška, a odnose se na đubrenje gustinu setve i zaštitu od korova. U poređenju sa sortama krmnog graška proteinski grašak ima povećane zahteve za mineralnom ishranom. Optimalna gustina useva je 120 biljaka m-2. Dobrim izborom sorte i primenom savremene tehnologije proizvodnje postiže se prinos zrna od 3,5 do 5 t ha-1.sr
