Water balancing, a bioclimatic method for designing an efficient irrigation regimen for Sudan grass
Vodni bilans, bioklimatski postupak kao osnova racionalanog režima zalivanja sudanske trave
Abstract
Values of hydrophytothermic index of Sudan grass per cutting and per growing season were calculated in an irrigation trial conducted at an experimental field. The basis for calculation were the obtained green forage yields (105.17 t ha-1) which corresponded to the technical minimum of soil moisture (TM) for that crop (60-65% of FWC) and the plant water requirement (ETP) of 570 mm. Equal values were obtained (0,19) for hydrophytothermic indexes for the first and the second cutting and for the growing season. The obtained hydrophtothermic indexes can be used as a base for designing an efficient irrigation regime of Sudan grass growing under the climatic conditions of Vojvodina, on soils with medium mechanical texture.
U ogledu, u poljskim uslovima, na osnovu ostvarenih prinosa zelene mase sudanske trave (105,17 t ha-1), koji odgovaraju tehničkom minimumu vlažnosti zemljišta (TM) za ovu biljnu vrstu (60-65% od PVK) i potreba za vodom (ETP) od 570 mm, obračunate su vrednosti hidrofitotermičkih indeksa za pojedine otkose i vegetacioni period u celini. Vrednosti hidrofitotermičkih indeksa u prvom i drugom otkosu su identične i za vegetacioni period u celini iznose 0,19. Dobijene vrednosti hidrofitotermičkih indeksa mogu biti osnova u realizaciji racionalnog zalivnog režima sudanske trave primenom vodnog bilansa, bioklimatskim postupkom u klimatskim uslovima Vojvodine na zemljištima srednjeg mehaničkog sastava.
