During 2004, a study was carried out to determine the stability and adaptability of protein and oil contents of NS varieties in a network of large-plot trials. Differences in seed protein and oil contents were observed among the varieties and locations. Due to the large influence of environmental factors on protein and oil synthesis, the genotypes differed with respect to stability of their chemical grain composition. Although a high negative correlation existed between protein and oil contents, some of the genotypes had increased levels of both. Genotypes with above-average stability of both of the traits under study were observed as well.
Proučavana je stabilnost i adaptabilnost sadržaja proteina i ulja NS sorti soje u mreži makroogleda. Utvrđene su razlike u sadržaju proteina i ulja u semenu kako između lokaliteta tako i između sorti. S obzirom na veliki uticaj spoljašnje sredine na sintezu ulja i proteina, utvrđena je razlika u stabilnosti genotipova u pogledu hemijskog sastav zrna. lako postoji visoka negativna korelacija između sadržaja proteina i ulja pojedini genotipovi imaju povišen sadržaj oba konstituenta. Takođe, uočeni su genotipovi koji pokazuju natprosečnu stabilnost oba ispitivana svojstva.
