Ulje je najpre izolovano iz semena metodom hladnog presovanja i podvrgnuto metanolizi katalizovanoj kalcinisanim negašenim krečom. Cilj rada je bio da se definiše tehnološki postupak za dobijanje biodizela iz semena bele slačice postupkom koji uključuje ekstrakciju ulja iz semena, heterogeno katalizovanu metanolizu ulja i prečišćavanje sirovog biodizela. Karakteristike prečišćenog biodizela su u skladu sa standardom kvaliteta biodizela EN 14214, izuzev sadržaja Ca i Mg, što usmerava dalja istraživanja ka optimizaciji metoda za prečišćavanje sirovog biodizela., The paper deals with the use of white mustard (Sinapis alba L.) seeds as a feedstock for the biodiesel production. The oil was recovered from the seeds by cold pressing and subjected to the methanolysis reaction catalyzed by calcined quick lime. The aim of this work was to develop a suitable technology for biodiesel production from white mustard seed using oil extraction followed by heterogeneous catalyzed methanolysis and crude biodiesel purification. The characteristics of the purified biodiesel were in accordance with the biodiesel quality standard EN 14214, except the Ca and Mg content, indicating the need for further investigations towards the optimization of crude biodiesel purification methods.",
