AB  - Maize is a plant species that occupies a large area in world and Republic Serbia. For a high yield, mineral fertilizers are mainly used. In the conditions of climate change, the production of maize in the natural irrigation system is increasingly difficult. Given that there are increasing demands for environmental protection and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, corn production must be improved in order to achieve sustainable production. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of the application of the microbiological preparation EM Aktiv (trade name) on the weight of 1.000 grains and the yield of maize.

AB  - Primena različitih mikrobioloških preparata sve više je prisutna u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, jer utiču na stabilniju proizvodnju i zaštitu životne sredine. U radu je analiziran uticaj mikrobioloških preparata i to: preparat sa efektivnim mikroorganizmima i preparat sa sporama gljive Trichoderme atroviride na masu 1000 zrna i visinu prinosa zrna pasulja. Oba preparata u ogledu su značajno uticali na ispitivane osobine kod dve sorte pasulja Zlatko i Maksa. Efektivni mikroorganizmi, primenjeni u zemljištu i folijarno u toku vegetacije, uticali su da je masa 1000 zrna bila veća za 16,94%, a primena efektivnih mikroorganizama samo u zemljište je povećala prinos zrna pasulja za 46,02% u odnosu na kontrolu. Primena preparata sa Tr. atroviride je za 17,13% povećala masu 1000 zrna, a prinos za 56,58 %.
AB  - The application of various microbiological preparations is increasingly present in agricultural production, because they affect more stable production and environmental protection. The paper analyzed the influence of microbiological preparations, namely: a preparation with effective microorganisms and a preparation with spores of the fungus Trichoderma atroviride on the weight of 1000 seeds and the grain yield of bean. Both preparations in the experiment had a significant effect on the tested properties of two varieties of beans, Zlatko and Maksa. Effective microorganisms applied to the soil and foliar during the growing season had the effect that the weight of 1000 grains was greater by 16.94%, and the application of effective microorganisms only to the soil increased the bean grain yield by 46.02 % compared to the control. Application of preparations with Tr. atroviride increased the mass of 1000 grains by 17.13 %, and the yield by 56.58 %.

AB  - Maize is grown in different regions, in the era of climate change, research aimed at achieving stable grain yields is very important. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of zinc application on yield and leaf mass area of three maize genotypes. The experimental experiment was set up in the region of Mačva (ΨN 44 ° 36 ′ 31.8 ″, λE 19 ° 47′4.2 ″). For plant nutrition, the following is provided: 160 kg ha-1 nitrogen (30 kg ha-1 in basic cultivation, 90 kg ha-1 in pre-sowing and 40 kg ha-1 in top-dressing). The research was conducted in the period 2017-2018. years (factor A). Sowing was done in the first decade of April with three hybrids ZP 724, ZP 548, ZP 687 (factor B). In addition to control, zinc treatments were applied: Zn1 ZnSO4 25 kg ha-1 was introduced into the soil before sowing; Zn2 seed treatment + foliar treatment. Before sowing, 63 grains were immersed for 24 h in aqueous ZnSO4 solution (0.129 g and supplemented with 200 ml of water). Foliar treatments in the phenophase of 5-7 leaves with 2 l ha-1 liquid fertilizer (7% Zn).

AB  - Maize production is intensified with a larger amount of mineral fertilisers in the era of meteorological conditions change, which leads to a decrease in the reserves of microelements in the soil. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of zinc application on grain yield, nitrogen and carbon content in grain of three maize genotypes in the period 2016–2018 (factor A). Factor B: cultivars ZP 427, ZP 548 and ZP 687 belonging to different maturation groups. Factor C: Various zinc treatments were applied: T1 – control; T2 – 25 kg Zn2+/ha (35 g of ZnSO4 on the experimental plot) was introduced into the soil before sowing; T3 – seed treatment (0.129 g of ZnSO4 • 7 H2O) +
foliar treatment (2 L/ha liquid fertiliser 7% Zn2+). The average yield for all examined variables was 7.33 t/ha. On average, T2 (8.08 t/ha) treatment showed a highly significant effect on the yield in relation to T1 (7.03 t/ha) and on T3 (7.21 t/ha). On average, the amount of nitrogen determined for all cultivars was the highest in T3 (1.52%). The highest carbon content was in T1 (41.78%), which is at the level of significance of P < 0.01 more than T2 (41.46%), while in relation to T3 (40.99%) there is no significance.

Uticaj inokulacije semena NS Nitraginom na prinos soje

AB  - Soja je leguminoza sposobna da usvaja elementarni azot iz vazduha zahvaljujući simbiozi sa kvržičnim bakterijama. Inokulacija semena soje visokoefektivnim bakterijama povećava usvajanje azota i pozitivno deluje na 
ostvareni prinos. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje uticaja primene NS Nitragina na prinos šest sorti soje različitih grupa zrenja. Inokulacija statistički veoma značajno povećava prinos soje, a povećanje se u proseku kretalo od 6,13% kod sorte NS Zoja do 8,49% kod sorte Sava.
AB  - Soybeans are legumes capable of absorbing elemental nitrogen from the air thanks to symbiosis with symbiotic bacteria. Inoculation of soybean seeds with highly effective bacteria increases nitrogen uptake and has a positive effect on the achieved yield. The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of NS Nitragine application on the yield of six soybean cultivars of different maturation groups. Inoculation statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and the increase ranged from 6.13% in the cultivar NS Zoja to 8.49% in the cultivar Sava.

zemljišta i sadržaj proteina u zrnu pasulja sorti Maksa i Belko. Ukupan broj bakterija bio je povećan za 47,25%, a brojnost Azotobacter-a za 102,86%. Sadržaj proteina u zrnu, u proseku za obe
sorte, bio je povećan za 3,94%. Može se zaključiti da primena mikrobioloških preparata treba da bude deo obaveznih agrotehničkih mera.

Beans have agrotechnical significance, because they live in symbiosis with bacteria that fix nitrogen, and are suitable for sustainable production. The aim of this study was to determine the significance of the application of a microbiological preparation on the basic parameters of soil biogenicity and protein content in beans of Max and Belko varieties. The total number of bacteria was increased by 47.25% and the number of Azotobacter by 102.86%. The protein content in the grain, on average for both varieties, was increased by 3.94%. It can be concluded that the use of microbiological preparations should be part of the mandatory agrotechnical measures.

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the protein content of wheat grain in a sustainable production method. The research was conducted at the Scientific Institute PKB Agroekonomik Padinska Skela (2017-2019) with four varieties of wheat (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal and Apache) in densities of 400 and 500 grains/m2. The basic fertilization was with 400 kg NPK/ha. Feeding was performed: T1 with 150 kgN/ha; T2 150 kgN/ha+1 foliar treatment with multiple inoculum T3 100 kgN/ha+2 foliar treatments and T4 50 kgN/ha+3 foliar treatments. The multiple preparation (EM Aktiv 6 l/ha) is a large group of effective microorganisms.

AB  - Razvoj nauke i tehnologije ide u pravcu introdukcije novih pristupa u oplemenjivanju biljaka i različitih metoda za povećanja produktivnosti biljaka. Jedna od najnovijih metoda je implementacija ekološki prihvatljive tehnike korišćenja pulsirajućeg elektromagnetnog polja niskih frekvencija (PEMP). U radu su prikazani rezultati uticaja elektromagnetne stimulacije semena soje na masu zrna po biljci, masu 1.000 zrna i prinos zrna u različitim agroekološkim uslovima. U trogodišnjem istraživanju, u periodu od 2013. do 2015. godine, korišćena je sorta soje Valjevka, gajena pri različitim količinama đubriva (kontrola – bez đubrenja, 750 kg/ha i 1300 kg/ha). Pre setve, seme je bilo podvrgnuto stimulaciji sa PEMP u varijantama: kontrola – bez stimulacije i stimulacija naizmeničnim magnetnim poljem sa indukcijom od 30 mT i vreme ekspozicije od 15 minuta. Prosečna masa zrna po biljci pri stimulaciji semena bila je za 11,53% (12,09) viša nego bez PEMP (10,84). Masa 1.000 zrna sa PEMP je iznosila 155,99 g, što je bilo više za 2,06% u odnosu na varijantu bez PEMP (152,83 g). Prosečan prinos zrna soje za sve tri godine istraživanja sa stimulacijom semena je bio za 4,85% veći (3481,25 kg/ha) nego bez PEMP (3320,14 kg/ha). Stimulacija semena sa PEMP ima ekonomsku opravdanost, obzirom na rast cena soje na svetskoj berzi. Rezultati pokazuju da PEMP tretman semena soje može značajno uticati na prinos zrna soje i da se suprotstavi neželјenim efektima poput suše i nedostatka đubriva.
AB  - The development of science and technology introduces new approaches in plant breeding and various methods to increase plant productivity. One of the latest methods is the implementation of an environmentally friendly technique of using a pulsed low-frequency electromagnetic field (PEMP). The paper presents the results of the influence of the electromagnetic stimulation of soybean seeds on grain weight per plant, weight of 1,000 grains and grain yield in different agroecological conditions. In the three-year research, in the period from 2013 to 2015, the soybean variety Valjevka was used, grown with different amounts of fertilizers (control – without fertilization, 750 kg/ha and 1300 kg/ha). Before sowing, the seed was subjected to PEMP stimulation in variants: control – without stimulation and alternating magnetic field stimulation (PEMP) with induction of 30 mT and exposure time of 15 minutes. The average grain weight per plant during seed stimulation was 11.53% (12.09) higher than without PEMP (10.84). The weight of 1,000 grains with PEMP was 155.99 g, which was 2.06% higher than the weight of 1,000 grains of the variant without PEMP (152.83 g). The average soybean grain yield for all three years of research with seed stimulation was 4.85% higher (3,481.25 kg/ha) than without PEMP (3,320.14 kg/ha). Stimulation of seeds with PEMP has economic justification given the growth of soybean prices on the world stock market. The results show that the PEMP treatment of soybean seeds can significantly affect soybean grain yield and counteract side effects such as drought and lack of fertilizers.

U godini sa nepovoljnim agrometeorološkim uslovima zabeleženo je povećanje prinosa zrna u zavisnosti od količine osnovnog đubrenja od 9,59-3,94%, dok je u godini sa povoljnim uslovima to povećanje iznosilo od 4,81-1,83%. Takođe, je utvrđen i povećan sadrćaj ulja u zrnu i prinos ulja po jedinici površine. Uvođenjem efektivnih mikroorganizama kao obaveznu meru uticalo bi se na smanjenje efekta suše, sigurniju proizvodnju i dobar kvalitet zrna.
AB  - Foliar treatments twice in vegetation with effective microorganisms significantly influenced the increase in the yield of the tested parameters. In the year with unfavorable agro-meteorological conditions, the increase in grain yield was observed, depending on the amount of basic fertilizer from 9.59-3.94%, while in the year with favorable conditions the increase was 4.81-1.83%. It is established and increased oil content in grain and oil yield per unit area. By introducing effective micro-organisms as a compulsory measure, it would have an effect on reducing the effects of drought, more secure production and good grain quality.

AB  - Združivanje useva je sistem gajenja biljaka koji u održivom načinu
biljne proizvodnje sve više dobija na značaju. Pored niza prednosti združenih useva (agronomskih i ekoloških) veoma je važno da ishrana useva bude prilagođena potrebama biljaka i dinamici mikrobne populacije u zemljištu. Zato je za cilj rada postavljeno da se utvrdi značaj združivanja kukuruza i soje na parametre biogenosti zemljišta u odnosu na njihovu pojedinačnu setvu (faktor A). Faktor B primenjene su različite vrste đubriva (kontrola NPK 600 kg/ha 15:15:15 na celoj površini ogleda; S-stajnjak 30 t/ha; MM-200 kg/ha AN 34,5%N; MB- 200 kg/ha AN 34,5%N+ tečni mikrobiološki preparat sa efektivnih mikroorganizama u zemljište 20 l/ha i Nitragin za soju. Ispitivane varijabile su visoko značajno (p<0,01) uticale na dinamiku ispitivanih grupa rizosferne mikrobne populacije
(ukupan broj mikroorganizama, brojnost amonifikatora) i njihovu biohemijsku aktivnost. Đubrenje je takođe visoko značajno uticalo na ispitivane parametre. Ukupan broj mikroorganizama je u proseku imao najveće vrednosti pri đubrenju u varijanti MM, dok je brojnost amonifikatora i dehidrogenazne aktivnosti imala najveće vrednosti u MB varijanti. Ispitivani faktori su različito uticali na intezitet vegetativnog porast biljaka na početku vegetacije. Način setve nije značajno uticao na visinu biljaka u početnim fazama razvoja biljaka, dok su đubrenje i interaktivna zavisnost faktora statistički značajano uticali na visinu biljaka. U pojedinačnoj setvi kod soje nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike u visini biljaka, kod kukuruza najveća visina (p<0,01) utvrđena pri đubrenju sa stajnjakom, dok je u združenom usevu najveća visina kukuruza i soje (p<0,01) uvrđena pri đubrenju u varijanti MB.
AB  - Intercropping is a plant breeding system that is gaining in
importance for a sustainable way of plant production. In addition to the many benefits of intercropping crops (agronomic and ecological) it is very important that nutrition of crops is adapted to the needs of plants and the dynamics of the microbial population in the soil. Therefore, the aim of the paper was to determine the importance intercropping sowing maize and soybean for soil biogenic parameters relative to their individual planting (factor A). Factor B was applied to various types of fertilizers (control of NPK 600 kg / ha 15:15:15 on the entire
surface of the experiment; S-manure 30 t / ha; MM-200 kg / ha AN 34.5% N; MB200 kg / ha AN 34.5% N + liquid microbiological preparation with effective microorganisms in the soil of 20 l / ha and Nitragin for soybean. The variables
examined were highly significant (p <0.01) influencing the dynamics of the investigated groups of the microbial population in rhizosphere (total number of microorganisms, the number of microorganisms on average had the highest fertilization values in the MM variant, while the number of ammonification and
dehydrogenase activity had the highest values in MB variants. The investigated factors differed influenced the intensity of vegetative growth of plants at the beginning of vegetation. The method of sowing did not significantly affect the height of plants in the initial stages of plant development, while fertilization and
interactive dependence of factor A significantly influenced the height of the plants. In the single planting in the soybean, the significance of the difference in the height of the plants was not determined, while in the maize the highest height (p <0.01) was determined during fertilization with the manure, while in the combined crop the maximum height of corn and soybean (p <0.01) determined by fertilization in the MB variant.

AB  - U održivoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji unošenjem velikih grupa benefitnih mikroorganizama u agroekosistem mogu da se ispune ciljeva IFOAM-a. Mikrobiološki preparati mogu da se primene kao osnovno ili dopunsko đubrenje u ishrani biljaka. Primenom preparat sa efektivnim mikroorganizama u zemljište i folijarno preko lista biljaka postižu se stabilni prinosi kukuruza uz očuvanje biogenosti zemljišta. Ogled je izveden 2016. godine na zemljištu tipa černozem K.O. Srbobran. Tretmani su povećali masu 1000 zrna kukuruza hibrida Pioneer 0412, (p<0,05), dok je prinos zrna bio povećan na nivou p<0,01 u odnosu na kontrolu. Osnovni parametri biogenosti su takođe bili povećani. Ukupan broj bakterija u zavisnosti od načina primene efektivnih mikroorganoizama bio je povećan od 23,08-84,90%, a broj azotobaktera od 45,21-69,25%. Ispitivane osobine imale su najveće vrednosti u tretmanu kada se preparat uneo predsetveno u zemljište i primenio folijarno dva puta u vegetaciji.
AB  - In sustainable agricultural production, by introducing large groups of beneficial microorganisms into the agroecosystem, the objectives of the IFOAM can be fulfilled. Microbiological preparations can be used as basic or supplementary fertilization in plant nutrition. Also, some groups of microorganisms have shown significant effects in the protection of plants against diseases and pests. By using a preparation with effective microorganisms in the soil and foliar through the plant leaf, stable yields of corn are achieved while preserving the biogenicity of the soil. The sighting was carried out in 2016 on the soil of the type chernozem in Srbobran. The treatments increased the weight of 1000 grain maize, Pioneer 0412 hybrid, (p <0.05), while grain yield was increased at p <0.01 as compared to control. Basic parameters of soil biogenicity: the total number of bacteria was increased by 39.96%, and the oxidation processes in the soil were more intensive by 71.05%. The investigated traits had the highest values in the treatment when the preparation was introduced early in the soil and applied 
foliar twice in the vegetation.
