AB  - Radi postizanja visokih i stabilnih prinosa soje u različitim godinama mora se pristupiti sortnoj agrotehnici i izvršiti pravilnu rejonizaciju sorti soje. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteinai ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine šest NS sorti soje na šest lokaliteta u 2023. godini. Sorta soje NS Atlas ostvarila je najviši prinos zrna (3.249 kgha-1), sorte NS Maximus i NS Apolo najviši saržaj proteina (39,8%), a sorta NS Atlas najviši sadržaj ulja (23,6%), dok je najviši prinos proteina (1.276 kgha-1) i ulja po jedinici površine (765 kgha-1) ostvaren sa sortom soje NS Atlas.
AB  - To achieve high and stable soybean yields in different years, varietal agrotechnics must be applied and proper rezoning of soybean varieties must be carried out. The aim of this work is to analyze the yield, protein, and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area of six NS soybean varieties at six localities in 2023. The NS Atlas soybean variety achieved the highest grain yield (3,249 kgha-1), the NS Maximus and NS Apolo varieties had the highest protein content (39,8%), and the NS Atlas variety had the highest oil content (23.6%), while the highest yield of protein (1,276 kgha-1) and oil per unit area (765 kgha-1) achieved with the NS Atlas soybean variety.

AB  - U Odeljenju za soju, Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo iz Novog Sada do sada je registrovano 179 NS sorti soje, različitih grupa zrenja. Cilj ovog rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine, najnovijih NS sorti soje priznatih u 2024 godini. U dvogodišnjim ogledima Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede, na pet lokaliteta, najviši prinos imala je sorta Granit (3.085 kgaha-1). Najviši sardžaj proteina imala je sorta NS Merkur (43,35%). Dok je najviši saržaj ulja zabeležen kod sorte Astra (21,20).
AB  - The Department of soybean, Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad has so far registered 179 NS soybean cultivars of different maturity groups. The aim of this study is to assess the yield, protein, and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area, the latest NS varieties registered in 2024. In the two-year trials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, at five locations, the highest yield had late soybean Granit (3.085 kgha-1). The highest protein content was early variety NS Merkur (43.35%), while the highest oil content was recorded in variety Astra (21.20).

AB  - Vodeni ekstrakti od biljnog materijala sadrze makroelemente i mikroelemente, kao i različite fiziološki aktivne materije koje imaju pozitivan uticaj na prinos i kvalitet zrna soje. Folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda đumbira povećala je prinos soje za 23,9%, sadržaj proteina za 2,3%, smanjila sadržaj ulja za 0,9%, povećala prinos proteina za 26,8% i prinos ulja za 23,0%, dok je primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda nara povećala sadržaj ulja u zrnu soje za 1,5%.
AB  - Aqueous extracts from plant material contain macroelements and microelements, as well as various physiologically active substances that have a positive effect on the yield and quality of soybeans. Foliar application of aqueous extract of ginger fruit increased soybean yield by 23.9%, protein content by 2.3%, decreased oil content by 0.9%, increased protein yield by 26.8% and oil yield by 23.0%, while the application of water extract from pomegranate fruit increased the oil content in soybeans by 1.5%.

AB  - Folijarna primena vodenih ekstrakata od banane i grejpa ima pozitivan uticaj na prinos i kvalitet zrna soje. Folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od kore banane povećala je: prinos soje za 24,82%, sadržaj proteina za 0,60%, sadržaj ulja za 0,29%, prinos proteina za 25,57% i prinos ulja za 25,18%, dok je primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane povećala prinos soje za 19,77%, sadržaj proteina za 0,68%, prinos proteina za 20,59% i prinos ulja za 18,04%, a smanjila sadržaj ulja za 1,44%. Folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda grejpa bez kore smanjila je prinos zrna za 4,67%, sadržaj proteina za 1,45%, prinos proteina za 6,06% i prinos ulja za 3,44%, dok je povećala sadržaj ulja za 1,30%.
AB  - Foliar application of banana and grapefruit aqueous extracts has a positive effect on the yield and quality of soybeans. Foliar application of aqueous banana peel extract increased: soybean yield by 24.82%, protein content by 0.60%, oil content by 0.29%, protein yield by 25.57% and oil yield by 25.18%, while the application of banana fruit aqueous extract increased soybean yield by 19.77%, protein content by 0.68%, protein yield by 20.59% and oil yield by 18.04%, and decreased oil content by 1.44%. Foliar application of aqueous extract of unpeeled grapefruit reduced grain yield by 4.67%, protein content by 1.45%, protein yield by 6.06% and oil yield by 3.44%, while increasing oil content by 1.30%.

Foliar application of aqueous banana peel extract increased: soybean yield by 24.82%, protein content by 0.60%, oil content by 0.29%, protein yield by 25.57% and oil yield by 25.18%, while the application of banana fruit aqueous extract increased soybean yield by 19.77%, protein content by 0.68%, protein yield by 20.59% and oil yield by 18.04%, and decreased oil content by 1.44%. Foliar application of aqueous extract of unpeeled grapefruit reduced grain yield by 4.67%, protein content by 1.45%, protein yield by 6.06% and oil yield by 3.44%, while increasing oil content by 1.30%.",

AB  - Navodnjavanje je nezamenjiva agrotehnička mera u vreme klimatskih promena koja povećava prinose i kvalitet gajenih biljaka. Soja veoma pozitivno reaguje na navodnjavanje, naročito u godinama sa izraženom sušom u vreme formiranja i nalivanja zrna. Navodnjavanje je u nepovoljnoj 2022. godini povećalo prinos soje od 41 do 94%, a u povoljnoj, 2023. godini od 13,99 do 15,46%. Usled navodnjavanja smanjen je sadržaj proteina, povećan sadržaj ulja i povećan prinos proteina i ulja po jedinici površine.
AB  - Irrigation is an irreplaceable agrotechnical measure in times of climate change that increases yields and the quality of cultivated plants. Soybeans respond very positively to irrigation, especially in years with pronounced drought at the time of grain formation and pouring. AB  - U ovom radu proučavan je sadržaj ulja i proteina kod 30 komercijalnih NS hibrida kukuruza iz različitih perioda selekcije u cilju određivanja njihove namene u procesnoj industriji. Za određivanje sadržaja ulja korišćena je standardna metoda po Soxhlet-u, dok je za određivanje sadržaja proteina korištena standardna metoda po Kjeldahl-u. Prosečan sadržaj ulja u zrnu svih analiziranih hibrida kretao se u intervalu od 4,05 do 6,14% s.m., dok je prosečan sadržaj proteina bio u rasponu od 8,67 do 13,05% sm. Pet NS hibrida kukuruza mogu se okarakterisati kao visokouljani hibridi, dok je prema sadržaju proteina samo hibrid G27 imao vrednost višu od 13% što ga čini važnim biljnim izvorom proteina. Gajenje hibrida kukuruza visokog kvaliteta proteina obezbedilo bi proizvodnju biljnih proteina veće hranljive i biološke vrednosti za ishranu ljudi i domaćih životinja.
AB  - In this paper is examined oil and protein content of 30 maize NS hybrids to evaluate it purpose for process industry. The standard Soxhlet method was used to determine the oil content, while the standard Kjeldahl method was used to determine the protein content. The average oil content in the grain of all tested hybrids ranged from 4.05% to 6.14% d.m. basis, while the average protein content ranged from 8.67% to 13.05% d.m. basis. Five NS maize hybrids can be characterized as high-oil hybrids, while only one corn hybrid had a value over 13% per d.m. basis.

abstract = "U ovom radu proučavan je sadržaj ulja i proteina kod 30 komercijalnih NS hibrida kukuruza iz različitih perioda selekcije u cilju određivanja njihove namene u procesnoj industriji. Za određivanje sadržaja ulja korišćena je standardna metoda po Soxhlet-u, dok je za određivanje sadržaja proteina korištena standardna metoda po Kjeldahl-u. Prosečan sadržaj ulja u zrnu svih analiziranih hibrida kretao se u intervalu od 4,05 do 6,14% s.m., dok je prosečan sadržaj proteina bio u rasponu od 8,67 do 13,05% sm. Pet NS hibrida kukuruza mogu se okarakterisati kao visokouljani hibridi, dok je prema sadržaju proteina samo hibrid G27 imao vrednost višu od 13% što ga čini važnim biljnim izvorom proteina. Gajenje hibrida kukuruza visokog kvaliteta proteina obezbedilo bi proizvodnju biljnih proteina veće hranljive i biološke vrednosti za ishranu ljudi i domaćih životinja., In this paper is examined oil and protein content of 30 maize NS hybrids to evaluate it purpose for process industry. The standard Soxhlet method was used to determine the oil content, while the standard Kjeldahl method was used to determine the protein content. The average oil content in the grain of all tested hybrids ranged from 4.05% to 6.14% d.m. basis, while the average protein content ranged from 8.67% to 13.05% d.m. basis. Five NS maize hybrids can be characterized as high-oil hybrids, while only one corn hybrid had a value over 13% per d.m. basis.",

AB  - Background: In order to reduce the use of synthetic and chemical agents in agriculture, more and more research is turning to ecological, more environmentally friendly methods. Plant aqueous extracts are products that can be a significant source of various elements, depending on the type and quality of soil on which the plant species from which the solution is prepared is grown. Methods: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of aqueous extracts of different plant species on the yield and quality parameters of soybean seeds (Glycine max L.). Aqueous extracts of: nettle, nettle+comfrey, banana, banana peel, onion, willow and soybeans were used foliarly. The 1st foliar treatment plants was done when first flowers opened and the 2nd treatment was done when first pod reached final length. Result: The effect of aqueous extracts depends on the agroecological conditions and the analyzed traits. In 2020 the greatest effect was achieved on the free proline, SOD, Px and CAT. In 2021 the application of certain aqueous extracts had a significant effect on the yield, gerimination energy, germination percentage and vigour seed.

AB  - To overcome the different challenges to food security caused by a growing population andclimate change, soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) breeders are creating novel cultivars that have thepotential to improve productivity while maintaining environmental sustainability. Genomic selection(GS) is an advanced approach that may accelerate the rate of genetic gain in breeding using genome-wide molecular markers. The accuracy of genomic selection can be affected by trait architectureand heritability, marker density, linkage disequilibrium, statistical models, and training set. Theselection of a minimal and optimal marker set with high prediction accuracy can lower genotypingcosts, computational time, and multicollinearity. Selective phenotyping could reduce the numberof genotypes tested in the field while preserving the genetic diversity of the initial population. Thisstudy aimed to evaluate different methods of selective genotyping and phenotyping on the accuracyof genomic prediction for soybean yield. The evaluation was performed on three populations:recombinant inbred lines, multifamily diverse lines, and germplasm collection. Strategies adoptedfor marker selection were as follows: SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) pruning, estimation ofmarker effects, randomly selected markers, and genome-wide association study. Reduction of thenumber of genotypes was performed by selecting a core set from the initial population based onmarker data, yet maintaining the original population’s genetic diversity. Prediction ability using allmarkers and genotypes was different among examined populations. The subsets obtained by themodel-based strategy can be considered the most suitable for marker selection for all populations. Theselective phenotyping based on makers in all cases had higher values of prediction ability comparedto minimal values of prediction ability of multiple cycles of random selection, with the highestvalues of prediction obtained using AN approach and 75% population size. The obtained resultsindicate that selective genotyping and phenotyping hold great potential and can be integrated astools for improving or retaining selection accuracy by reducing genotyping or phenotyping costs forgenomic selection.

AB  - The aim of the paper was to examine the allelopathic influence of
aqueous extracts of herbs and medicinal plants on the quality parameters of aged
soybean seeds. The research was carried out at the Institute of Field and Vegetable
Crops in Novi Sad on aged seeds of two soybean varieties, NS simba and NS
viseris. The seeds were aged for 20 months. In order to determine the allelopathic
effect, the seeds were primed in aqueous plant extracts: geranium (Geranium
sinense), dill (Anethum graveolens), andy everlasting (Helichrysum arenarium),
creeping thyme (Thymus serpyllum), celery (Apium graveolens), oregano
(Origanum vulgare), basil (Ocimum basilicum), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis),
rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), peppermint
(Mentha x piperita), sage (Salvia officinalis), and lavender (Lavandula
angustifolia). The results show that it is not possible to talk about the universal
application of a particular aqueous extract, because the effect of the allochemicals
was significantly influenced by the variety. In the variety NS viseris, all aqueous
extracts except Melissa officinalis, significantly reduced GE, GP, and VI. The most
negative effect was achieved with the use of Apium graveolens, Thymus serpyllum,
and Ocimum basilicum. Apium graveolens and Thymus serpyllum also had the
greatest impact on quality reduction in the NS simba variety. However, in the NS
simba variety, a significant increase in seed quality was achieved in addition to the
reduction. The use of the aqueous extract of Salvia officinalis increased GE and GP
by 13.7%, and VI by 10.21%. A positive effect was achieved with the use of
Melissa officinalis. All aqueous extracts had a significant effect on T50 in both
varieties, even the aqueous extracts that had a negative effect on GE and GP.
AB  - Cilj rada je bio da se ispita alelopatski uticaj ekstrakta začinskog i lekovitog bilja na kvalitet starog semena soje. Ispitivanje je obavljeno na Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu, na starom semenu dve sorte soje NS Simba i NS Viseris. Seme je bilo staro 20 meseci. Radi utvrđivanja alelopatskog uticaja seme je potapano u biljne vodene ekstrakte: geranijuma (Geranium sinense), mirođije (Anethum graveolens), smilja (Helichrysum arenarium), majčine dušice (Thymus serpyllum), celera (Apium graveolens), origana (Origanum vulgare), bosiljka (Ocimum basilicum), matičnjaka (Melissa officinalis), ruzmarina (Rosmarinus officinalis), pelina (Artemisia absinthium), nane (Mentha x piperita), žalfije (Salvia officinalis), i lavande (Lavandula angustifolia). Rezultati su pokazali da se ne može govoriti o univerzalnoj primeni određenog ekstrakta, jer na efekat alelohemikalija značajan uticaj ima sorta. Kod sorte NS Viseris, svi ekstrakti, osim ekstrakta Melissa officinalis, značajno su smanjili GE, GP i VI. Najnegativniji efekat ostvaren je primenom Apium graveolens, Thymus serpyllum i Ocimum basilicum. Apium graveolens i Thymus serpyllum su najviše uticali na smanjenje kvaliteta i kod sorte NS Simba. Međutim, kod sorte NS Simba, pored smanjenja ostvareno je i značajno povećanje kvaliteta semena. Primenom ekstrakta Salvia officinalis, GE i GP su povećani za 13,7%, a VI je povećana za 10,21%. Dobar efekat je ostvaren i upotrebom Melissa officinalis. Svi ekstrakti, kod obe sorte, imali su značajan uticaj na brzinu klijanja, čak i ekstrakti koji su negativno delovali na GE i GP.

AB  - Prema procenama Poslovne zajednice za industrijsko bilje, soja je u 2023. godini bila zasejana na površini od 165.000 hektara, a ostvareni prosečni prinosi su oko 3.000 kgha-1. Može se reći da je 2023. godina bila povoljna za proizvodnju soje, a prosečni prinosi bi bili i veći da u vreme nalivanja zrna nismo imali veoma visoke temperature praćene nedostatkom vlage i toplim vetrovima koji su doprineli povećanoj transpiraciji, prinudnom sazrevanju biljaka soje i svakako smanjenju očekivanih prinosa.

AB  - In the previous decade, new technologies based on remote sensing and photogrammetry were established as a powerful tool for non-destructive estimation of different plant traits. The high-throughput phenotyping (HTPP) implies the utilization of these tools and techniques, resulting in a fast and accurate assessment of crop development data. In soybean breeding, traditional phenotyping is recognized as a bottleneck in the current selection of superior lines mainly because of the inefficiency and resource consumption. The HTPP could be applied to overcome these shortcomings and not just for the prediction of plant characteristics from a single time point but also for perceiving crop growth based on multi-temporal data. This study aimed to analyze soybean growing patterns in different environments (drought and control) based on the estimated height and biomass of 206 genotypes (early and late varieties) sown in 2020 and 2021. In both seasons, each trait was predicted in eight-time points with previously developed HTPP models and protocols. The estimated values were used to create growing curves and evaluate analyzed genotypes based on their performance. Early varieties were dominant for both traits in drought conditions. In the control, the late material performed better regarding height while early genotypes accumulated more biomass.

AB  - NS sortiment soje je veoma raznovrstan, kako po pogledu dužine vegetacionog perioda, tako i po potencijalu za prinos i kvalitet zrna. Od analiziranih 34 NS sorte soje u 2023. godini po visini prinosa izdvajaju se veoma rane sorte NS Olympus, NS Valantis i NS Westeros, rane sorte NS Atlas i NS Ozymandias, srednjestasne sorte NS Regulus, NS Zmaj i NS Kraljica i sredne kasne sorte NS Validus i NS Simba. Po sadržaju proteina izdvajaju se sorte soje NS Kaća, Merkur, NS Kolos, NS Ecob, NS Favorit i NS Valantis, a po povišenom sadržaju ulja NS Regulus, NS Valantis, NS Hogar, NS Dracarys, NS Sedef i NS Atlas. 
Najviši prinos proteina ostvaren je sa sortama soje NS Zmaj, NS Valantis, NS Kraljica, NS Regulus i NS Simba, a najviši prinos ulja sa sortama NS Regulus, NS Validus, NS Zmaj, NS Kraljica i NS Hogar.
AB  - The NS assortment of soybeans is very diverse, both in terms of the length of the growing season, and in terms of the potential for grain yield and quality. From the analyzed 34 NS soybean varieties in 2023, the very early varieties NS Olympus, NS Valantis and NS Westeros, the early varieties NS Atlas and NS Ozymandias, the medium varieties NS Regulus, NS Zmaj and NS Kraljica and the medium late varieties NS stand out in terms of yield Validus and NS Simba. The soy varieties NS Kaca, Merkur, NS Kolos, NS Ecob, NS Favorit and NS Valantis stand out for their protein content, and NS Regulus, NS Valantis, NS Hogar, NS Dracarys, NS Sedef and NS Atlas for their increased oil content. AB  - The aim of the research was to determine the impact of the EM Aktiv preparation in the maize crop (ZP 427 and ZP 548) at 160, 120, 102 kg ha-1 N in 2017 at the location of the municipality of Vladimirovci. During the growing season, there was a pronounced water deficit. The preparation was applied in three variants: EM1 - control, EM2 - foliar 2 x 6 l ha-1 in the phenological stages of 5-7 leaves and after 15 days; EM3 - the preparation was introduced into the soil 7 days before sowing 30 l ha-1 + EM2. The mass of 1000 grains, the height of the yield and the nitrogen content in the grain were determined. Application of 160 kg ha-1 nitrogen had the greatest effect on the weight of 1000 grains, and 120 kg ha-1. The production of maize on a global level takes place in a way that affects the degradation of resources and elements of the environment, the increasing dependence on mineral fertilizers and pesticides, which leads to the production of greenhouse gases and a negative impact on climate change. Today, N on grain yield in all treatments. The treatments had a positive effect on both traits. Higher values of the tested properties were found in the EM3 treatment. The applied factors did not have a statistically significant effect on the nitrogen content of maize grains.

AB  - Tokom 2020. i 2021. godine ispitivana je primena amonijum nitrata i NPK đubriva, kao i amonijum nitrata uz folijarnu primenu vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane na prinos, sadržaj proteina i sadržaj ulja u zrnu soje. Sve kombinacije đubriva statistički veoma značajno povećavaju prinos soje i sadržaj proteina u zrnu, dok je sadržaj ulja statistički veoma značajno smanjen.
AB  - During 2020 and 2021 ammonium nitrate was tested, ammonium nitrate and NPK fertilizers, as well as ammonium nitrate with foliar application of water extract from banana fruit was investigated on yield, protein content and oil content in soybeans. all combinations of fertilizers statistically significantly increase soybean yield and grain protein content, while oil content in statistically significantly reduced.

AB  - In past few decades, soybean breeders in Europe have been successful in producing a large number of commercial varieties using conventional breeding methods, most of all single seed descent (SSD) method with various modifications. As a supplement to conventional breeding methods, number of breeding tools like high‐throughput phenotyping, marker assisted selection, genomic selection, and others, are used to speed up the breeding process. Low genetic diversity is a major obstacle to soybean improvement. Therefore, projects between Europe and China, centre of origin of soybean, that involve germplasm exchange are intensified in recent years. Utilization of wild soybean species, especially perennial ones, bears a huge, still unused potential for improving soybean breeding process. Increased demand for non‐GMO soybeans, led to intensifying of soybean research throughout Europe which resulted in the number of companies that offer commercial soybean varieties. The oldest and best‐known among them are Lidea from France, Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops from Serbia, Agroscope from Switzerland, RAGT from France and a number of other companies which initiated soybean breeding programs later.

AB  - One of the latest environmentally friendly methods in soybean production technology is the pulsed electromagnetic field of low frequencies (PEMP). The paper presents the results of the influence of electromagnetic stimulation of soybean seeds on grain yield, protein and oil yield, depending on different agroclimatic conditions, exposure time and frequency. In the 2012–2017 research period, the soybean cv. Valjevka was used in the Institute of Field and Vegetable Agriculture experimental field, Novi Sad, Serbia. Immediately before sowing, the seeds were subjected to PEMP treatment, with a pulse generator and a tape applicator, in the following variants: electromagnetic field frequencies of 16, 24 and 30 Hz, and exposure time of 0, 30 and 60 min. The most successful variant of seed stimulation for all three examined parameters was at 16 Hz and 30 min, where the research results show that this measure can increase the examined parameters by more than 10%. The average yield of grain for all years of research with seed stimulation was 4.85% (3 338 kg/ha) compared to the control (3 203 kg/ha). The average grain protein yield in the treatments with PEMP was 1 315 kg/ha, which was 4.26% higher compared to the variant without PEMP (1 260 kg/ha), and the treatment was 4% higher in the average oil yield, 703 kg/ha compared to the control 676 kg/ha. Also, the analysis of the mutual dependence of the indicators is in a positive correlation, which is essential for plant breeding and the development of new technologies, which have economic justification, are safe for use and have a positive impact on adverse effects such as drought.

AB  - The accuracy of genomic selection can be affected by several factors including trait architecture and heritability, marker density, linkage disequilibrium between markers and trait loci, statistical models, training population size, composition, and population structure. The selection of a minimal and optimal marker set with high prediction accuracy as an alternative to reduce genotyping costs, computational time, and multicollinearity for the genomic selection is a challenging task. Furthermore, optimal training population size is mostly determined empirically, by random sampling a whole set of genotypes, which may not reflect the true relationships in the population and may lead to the loss of rare genotypes and alleles. Selective phenotyping could reduce the number of genotypes tested in the field while preserving the genetic diversity of the initial population. This study aimed to evaluate different methods of selective genotyping and phenotyping on the accuracy of genomic prediction for soybean yield.

AB  - The combined power of remote sensing and photogrammetry can be used to assess significant information about plant development. The canopy cover (CC) and height (HT) are important for defining the growth patterns of the plants and their reaction to different environmental conditions. The objective of this study was to utilize the technology of high-throughput phenotyping (HTPP) for the temporal screening of soybean CC and HT. The trial was set in 2020 and 2021 at the experimental fields of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad, Serbia. In total, 206 soybean genotypes divided into early (ED) and late (LD) were grown in drought simulation environments. As a control, the same set of genotypes (EC and LC) was grown in favorable conditions. The CC and HT were determined from the images collected with the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). abstract = "The combined power of remote sensing and photogrammetry can be used to assess significant information about plant development. The canopy cover (CC) and height (HT) are important for defining the growth patterns of the plants and their reaction to different environmental conditions. The objective of this study was to utilize the technology of high-throughput phenotyping (HTPP) for the temporal screening of soybean CC and HT. The trial was set in 2020 and 2021 at the experimental fields of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad, Serbia. In total, 206 soybean genotypes divided into early (ED) and late (LD) were grown in drought simulation environments. As a control, the same set of genotypes (EC and LC) was grown in favorable conditions. The CC and HT were determined from the images collected with the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). AB  - Omics tehnike podrazumevaju analize velikih razmera koje se odnose na sveukupnost određenih elemenata živih bića. Iako se ove tehnike rapidno razvijaju, kao što su genomika, transkriptomika i druge, samo jedan deo ovih tehnika je našao primenu u oplemenjivanju biljaka. Genomika svakako predstavlja osnovni moderan alat u genetičkim istraživanjima, kroz različite primene u istraživanjima. Za oplemenjivanje biljaka jedna od najznačajnijih primena genomike je u razvoju modela genomske predikcije, koja omogućava da se isključivo na osnovu genomskih podataka mogu precizno predvideti genetski potecijal pojedinačnih biljaka u određenim proizvodnim uslovima, što omogućava odabir superiornih kandidata za dalji oplemenjivački rad. Visoko propusna fenotipizacija, iako ne spade u klasične omics tehnike, koristi brza i automatska merenja različitih osobina biljaka, kao što su rast, vreme cvetanja, lisna površina i druge. Korišćenjem ovih podataka, uz integraciju sa genomskim podacima, omogućavaju sveobuhvatno razumevanje kako geni deluju na ukupnu fenotipsku varijabilnost.
AB  - Omics techniques involve large-scale analyzes related to the totality of certain elements of living beings. Although these techniques are rapidly developing, such as genomics, transcriptomics and others, only a part of these techniques have found application in plant breeding. Genomics certainly represents a basic modern tool in genetic research, through various applications in applied research. One of the most significant uses of genomics in plant breeding is the creation of genomic prediction models, which allow one to select the best candidates for additional breeding work by accurately predicting the genetic potential of specific plants under specific production conditions using only genomic data. Although not a traditional omics technique, high-throughput phenotyping involves quick and automatic measurements of a variety of plant traits, including growth, blooming period, leaf area, and others. These data enable a thorough knowledge of how genes influence overall phenotypic variability, coupled with integration with genomic data.

AB  - Kvalitetna i pravovremena osnovna obrada zemljišta uz dobru obezbeđenost hranivima je uslov za normalan razvoj biljaka soje i ostvarenje visokih prinosa. Jesenja osnovna obrada doprinosi ostvarenju visokih prinosa soje, dok se kasnijom obradom prinos smanjuje. NPK đubriva, amonijum nitrat i folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane povećava prinos soje, prinos proteina i ulja, a najbolji efekat ostvaren je upotrebom NPK đubriva.
AB  - Quality and timely primary soil tillage along with good nutrient suply is a requirement for normal soybean plant development and high yield realization. Autumnal primary tillage contributes to the achievement of high soybean yields, while later cultivation decreases the yield. NPK fertilizers, ammonium nitrate and foliar aqueous banana fruit extract application increases soybean yield, protein and oil yield, and the best effect is achieved by applying NPK fertilizer.

U dvogodišnjim ogledima Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede, na pet lokaliteta, najviši prinos imala je sorta soje NS Aurelius (3.088 kg ha-1). Najviši sadržaj proteina imala je sorta NS Ecob (45,80%), dok je najviši sadržaj ulja zabeležen kod sorti NS Sedef (20,88) i NS Apolo (20,76%).

The aim of this study is to assess the yield, protein and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area, the latest NS varieties registered in 2023. In the two-year trials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, at five locations, the highest yield had late soybean NS Aurelius (3.088 kg ha-1). The highest protein content was early variety NS Ecob (45.80%), while the highest oil content was recorded in varieties NS Sedef (20.88) and NS Apolo (20.76%).

AB  - Mikroogledi se izvode radi rejonizacije sorti soje i radi daljeg testiranja novopriznatih sorti, sorti soje koje su uvedene u proizvodnju i starijih sorti soje, kako bi se izdvojile sorte koje imaju minimalna variranja u različitim godinama. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine NS sorti soje u mikroogledima u 2022. godini. Sorta soje NS Validus ostvarila je najviši prinos zrna (1.782 kg ha-1), sorta NS Demetrius najviši sadržaj proteina (40,6%), a sorte NS Viseris, NS Kraljica i NS Regulus imale su najviši sadržaj ulja (22,1%), dok je najviši prinos proteina i ulja po jedinici površine ostvaren sa sortom soje NS Validus (666 kg ha-1 i 397 kg ha-1).
AB  - Micro-experiments are performed for the purpose of regionalization of soybean varieties and for further testing of newly recognized varieties, soybean varieties that have been introduced into production and older soybean varieties, in order to single out varieties that have minimal variations in different years. The aim of this paper is to consider the yield, protein and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area of NS soybean cultivars in the micro-experimental network in 2022. abstract = "Mikroogledi se izvode radi rejonizacije sorti soje i radi daljeg testiranja novopriznatih sorti, sorti soje koje su uvedene u proizvodnju i starijih sorti soje, kako bi se izdvojile sorte koje imaju minimalna variranja u različitim godinama. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine NS sorti soje u mikroogledima u 2022. godini. Sorta soje NS Validus ostvarila je najviši prinos zrna (1.782 kg ha-1), sorta NS Demetrius najviši sadržaj proteina (40,6%), a sorte NS Viseris, NS Kraljica i NS Regulus imale su najviši sadržaj ulja (22,1%), dok je najviši prinos proteina i ulja po jedinici površine ostvaren sa sortom soje NS Validus (666 kg ha-1 i 397 kg ha-1)., Micro-experiments are performed for the purpose of regionalization of soybean varieties and for further testing of newly recognized varieties, soybean varieties that have been introduced into production and older soybean varieties, in order to single out varieties that have minimal variations in different years. The aim of this paper is to consider the yield, protein and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area of NS soybean cultivars in the micro-experimental network in 2022. NS Validus soybean variety had the highest grain yield (1782 kg ha-1), NS Demetrius soybean highest protein content (40.6%), NS Viseris, NS Kraljica and NS Regulus cultivars the highest oil content (22.1%), while the highest protein yield and oil yield per unit area achieved with the soybean variety NS Validus (666 kg ha-1 i 397 kg ha-1).",
