AB  - The aim of the paper was to examine the allelopathic influence of
aqueous extracts of herbs and medicinal plants on the quality parameters of aged
soybean seeds. The research was carried out at the Institute of Field and Vegetable
Crops in Novi Sad on aged seeds of two soybean varieties, NS simba and NS
viseris. The seeds were aged for 20 months. In order to determine the allelopathic
effect, the seeds were primed in aqueous plant extracts: geranium (Geranium
sinense), dill (Anethum graveolens), andy everlasting (Helichrysum arenarium),
creeping thyme (Thymus serpyllum), celery (Apium graveolens), oregano
(Origanum vulgare), basil (Ocimum basilicum), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis),
rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), peppermint
(Mentha x piperita), sage (Salvia officinalis), and lavender (Lavandula
angustifolia). The results show that it is not possible to talk about the universal
application of a particular aqueous extract, because the effect of the allochemicals
was significantly influenced by the variety. In the variety NS viseris, all aqueous
extracts except Melissa officinalis, significantly reduced GE, GP, and VI. The most
negative effect was achieved with the use of Apium graveolens, Thymus serpyllum,
and Ocimum basilicum. Apium graveolens and Thymus serpyllum also had the
greatest impact on quality reduction in the NS simba variety. However, in the NS
simba variety, a significant increase in seed quality was achieved in addition to the
reduction. The use of the aqueous extract of Salvia officinalis increased GE and GP
by 13.7%, and VI by 10.21%. A positive effect was achieved with the use of
Melissa officinalis. All aqueous extracts had a significant effect on T50 in both
varieties, even the aqueous extracts that had a negative effect on GE and GP.
AB  - Cilj rada je bio da se ispita alelopatski uticaj ekstrakta začinskog i lekovitog bilja na kvalitet starog semena soje. Ispitivanje je obavljeno na Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu, na starom semenu dve sorte soje NS Simba i NS Viseris. Seme je bilo staro 20 meseci. Radi utvrđivanja alelopatskog uticaja seme je potapano u biljne vodene ekstrakte: geranijuma (Geranium sinense), mirođije (Anethum graveolens), smilja (Helichrysum arenarium), majčine dušice (Thymus serpyllum), celera (Apium graveolens), origana (Origanum vulgare), bosiljka (Ocimum basilicum), matičnjaka (Melissa officinalis), ruzmarina (Rosmarinus officinalis), pelina (Artemisia absinthium), nane (Mentha x piperita), žalfije (Salvia officinalis), i lavande (Lavandula angustifolia). Rezultati su pokazali da se ne može govoriti o univerzalnoj primeni određenog ekstrakta, jer na efekat alelohemikalija značajan uticaj ima sorta. Kod sorte NS Viseris, svi ekstrakti, osim ekstrakta Melissa officinalis, značajno su smanjili GE, GP i VI. Najnegativniji efekat ostvaren je primenom Apium graveolens, Thymus serpyllum i Ocimum basilicum. Apium graveolens i Thymus serpyllum su najviše uticali na smanjenje kvaliteta i kod sorte NS Simba. Međutim, kod sorte NS Simba, pored smanjenja ostvareno je i značajno povećanje kvaliteta semena. Primenom ekstrakta Salvia officinalis, GE i GP su povećani za 13,7%, a VI je povećana za 10,21%. Dobar efekat je ostvaren i upotrebom Melissa officinalis. Svi ekstrakti, kod obe sorte, imali su značajan uticaj na brzinu klijanja, čak i ekstrakti koji su negativno delovali na GE i GP.

AB  - Mikroogledi se izvode radi rejonizacije sorti soje i radi daljeg testiranja novopriznatih sorti, sorti soje koje su uvedene u proizvodnju i starijih sorti soje, kako bi se izdvojile sorte koje imaju minimalna variranja u različitim godinama. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine NS sorti soje u mikroogledima u 2022. godini. Sorta soje NS Validus ostvarila je najviši prinos zrna (1.782 kg ha-1), sorta NS Demetrius najviši sadržaj proteina (40,6%), a sorte NS Viseris, NS Kraljica i NS Regulus imale su najviši sadržaj ulja (22,1%), dok je najviši prinos proteina i ulja po jedinici površine ostvaren sa sortom soje NS Validus (666 kg ha-1 i 397 kg ha-1).
AB  - Micro-experiments are performed for the purpose of regionalization of soybean varieties and for further testing of newly recognized varieties, soybean varieties that have been introduced into production and older soybean varieties, in order to single out varieties that have minimal variations in different years. The aim of this paper is to consider the yield, protein and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area of NS soybean cultivars in the micro-experimental network in 2022. NS Validus soybean variety had the highest grain yield (1782 kg ha-1), NS Demetrius soybean highest protein content (40.6%), NS Viseris, NS Kraljica and NS Regulus cultivars the highest oil content (22.1%), while the highest protein yield and oil yield per unit area achieved with the soybean variety NS Validus (666 kg ha-1 i 397 kg ha-1).

Protein content in bean grain grown according to sustanable ecological principles

AB  - The research has been conducted during a three-year period in order to determine
the protein content in bean grains grown by organic principles and to choose more
suitable variety for farming in organic production. The field experiment was set
by a split-plot design in 4 repetitions on calcareous chernozem. The large plots
were cropped with varieties Maksa and Zlatko, while control subplot was treated
by agro-technical treatments permitted in organic production. In the research, the
starting hypothesis was that the protein content in bean grains will depend on variety
and applied agro-technics in organic bean growing technology. The protein
content in bean grain was statistically significantly dependent on agro-ecological
conditions during the production year, variety and applied agro-technics. For the
production of bean by organic principles, Maksa variety is recommended. It is
possible to achieve high protein content in beans grown in accordance with the
principles of sustainable ecological development.

Mogućnost primene nekih tehničko-tehnoloških metoda u suzbijanju korova u održivoj proizvodnji

AB  - Održiva poljoprivredna proizvodnja je sve popularnija i zahteva
formiranje alternativnih metoda gajenja biljaka. Posebna pažnja
usmerava se na istraživanje novih metoda u zaštiti bilja za suzbijanje
korova jer je zabranjena upotreba sintetički proizvedenih herbicida.
Suštinu zaštite biljaka čine preventive mere kao što su biofizičke metode
uz primenu različitih bioloških sredstava za zaštitu.
Cilj rada je da se prikažu istraživanja vršena radi iznalaženja novih
mera u zaštiti bilja kod suzbijanja korova. Razvoj biofizičkih metoda
može se ogledati u efikasnosti upotrebe aparata naponom od 25 kV,
ekspozicije 1,5 s na ambroziju posle žetve pšenice. Prvi rezultati bili su
vidljivi posle 20 minuta, a ukupan broj biljaka u tretmanu bio je uništen
posle 5 dana. Takođe, ispitivana je biološka efikasnost bioherbicida na
bazi pelargonijske kiseline u suzbijanju različitih korova u koncentraciji
2, 4, 6 i 8% u 4l vode. Koncentracija od 8% je najbrže i najuočljivije
delovala na uvenuće ispitivanih korova.
AB  - Sustainable agricultural production is becoming increasingly popular and requires the formation of alternative methods of plant cultivation. Special attention is directed to the research of new methods in plant protection for combating weeds, as it is forbidden to use synthetically produced herbicides. The essence of plant protection consists of preventive measures such as biophysical methods, with the application of various biological means of protection. The aim of this paper is to present the research performed in order to find new measures in plant protection in weed control. The development of biophysical methods can be reflected in the efficiency of using the apparatus with a voltage of 25 kV, exposure of 1.5 s, on ambrosia after wheat harvest. The first results were visible after 20 minutes, and the total number of plants in the treatment was destroyed after 5 days. Also, the study is the biological efficiency of bioherbicides based on pelargonium acid in controlling various weeds in a concentration of 2, 4, 6 and 8% in 4 l of water. The concentration of 8% had the fastest and best effect on the wilting of the examined weeds.

formiranje alternativnih metoda gajenja biljaka. Posebna pažnja
usmerava se na istraživanje novih metoda u zaštiti bilja za suzbijanje
korova jer je zabranjena upotreba sintetički proizvedenih herbicida.
Suštinu zaštite biljaka čine preventive mere kao što su biofizičke metode
uz primenu različitih bioloških sredstava za zaštitu.
Cilj rada je da se prikažu istraživanja vršena radi iznalaženja novih
mera u zaštiti bilja kod suzbijanja korova. Razvoj biofizičkih metoda
može se ogledati u efikasnosti upotrebe aparata naponom od 25 kV,
ekspozicije 1,5 s na ambroziju posle žetve pšenice. Prvi rezultati bili su
vidljivi posle 20 minuta, a ukupan broj biljaka u tretmanu bio je uništen
posle 5 dana. Takođe, ispitivana je biološka efikasnost bioherbicida na
bazi pelargonijske kiseline u suzbijanju različitih korova u koncentraciji
2, 4, 6 i 8% u 4l vode. Koncentracija od 8% je najbrže i najuočljivije
delovala na uvenuće ispitivanih korova., Sustainable agricultural production is becoming increasingly popular and requires the formation of alternative methods of plant cultivation. Special attention is directed to the research of new methods in plant protection for combating weeds, as it is forbidden to use synthetically produced herbicides. The essence of plant protection consists of preventive measures such as biophysical methods, with the application of various biological means of protection. The aim of this paper is to present the research performed in order to find new measures in plant protection in weed control. The development of biophysical methods can be reflected in the efficiency of using the apparatus with a voltage of 25 kV, exposure of 1.5 s, on ambrosia after wheat harvest. The first results were visible after 20 minutes, and the total number of plants in the treatment was destroyed after 5 days. Also, the study is the biological efficiency of bioherbicides based on pelargonium acid in controlling various weeds in a concentration of 2, 4, 6 and 8% in 4 l of water. The concentration of 8% had the fastest and best effect on the wilting of the examined weeds.",

AB  - The number of plants per unit area has a great influence on soybean yield. The achieved composition depends primarily on the quality of the seeds, but also on the quality of soil preparation, meteorological conditions, the correctness of the seeder and the depth of sowing. In soybean production, it often happens that the pre-sowing preparation is done immediately before sowing, the sowing layer of the soil does not settle enough, and the sowing is done at a greater depth than optimal. Due to too deep sowing, germination and germination of soybean plants is difficult, the composition is thinned, and the achieved yield is reduced. Too shallow sowing also often occurs due to inadequate tillage or sowing to uneven depths. If the surface layer of the soil dries out after sowing, the seedlings will deteriorate, the composition will thin out and the soybean yield will decrease. The aim of this research is to consider the optimal, shallow, and deep sowing of soybean seeds on the number of plants per unit area, as a condition for achieving maximum soybean yield. By sowing to a depth of 3 to 5 cm in 2017 and 3 to 6 cm in 2017, a set of plants over 400,000 ha-1 was achieved, while with increasing or decreasing sowing depth, the number of sprouted plants significantly decreased.

AB  - The aim of the study was to determine the effects of applying effective microorganisms (EM) on the basic microbiological parameters of soil and soybean yield biological value. The research was conducted in the period 2016-2018. Factor A are the years 2016-2018, factor B are soybean genotypes Galina, Sava, Rubin, and factor C application of EM: variant 1 was control, variant 2 was EM in soil 20 lha-1 and foliar treatment in the stage of plant development from three to four trefoils and budding stage, 5 lha-1, variant 3 was NPK fertilizer (8:15:15), 300 kgha-1, and variant 4 was a combination of variant 2 and variant 3. During full flowering, the basic parameters of soil biogenicity were determined by the total number of microorganisms (TNB) and the number of azotobacter (AZT) and grain yield at the end of the growing period. The examined factors had a statistically significant influence on the examined parameters. Soil biogenicity parameters in variant 4 EM + NPK were statistically significantly (p lt 0.01) higher than control and variant 3. Variant 2 affected a higher number of p lt 0.01 compared to control, while compared to other variants significance was p lt 0.05 (factor B). The highest number of all examined parameters was in the rhizosphere of Rubin genotype (factor C). Variant 2 with EM increased in yield of 13.29% compared to the control which was at the level (p lt 0.05) and with the application of EM + NPK variant 4 the yield was higher by 15.95% which was at the level (p lt 0.01) of significance.
AB  - Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi efekat primene efektivnih mikroorganizama (EM) na osnovne mikrobiološke parametre biogenosti zemljišta i visinu prinosa zrna soje. Istraživanja su sprovedena u periodu 2016-2018. Faktor A su gpdine 2016-2018; faktor B genotip soje Galina, Sava, Rubin i faktor C primena EM: varijanta 1kontrola, varijanta 2-EM u zemljište 20 l/ha i folijarni tretmana u fazi razvoja biljaka od tri do četiri troliske i fazi butonizacije, 5 lha-1); varijanta 3-NPK đubriva (8:15:15), 300 kgha-1 i varijanta 4 - varijanta 2 + varijanta 3. U toku punog cvetanja utvrđeni su osnovni parametri biogenosti zemljišta ukupan broj mikroorganizama (TNB) i brojnost azotobaktera (AZB) i visinu prinosa zrna na kraju vegetacije. Ispitivani faktori su imali statistički značajan uticaj na ispitivane parametre. Parametri biogenosti zemljišta kod varijante 4 EM+NPK statistički značajno (p lt 0,01) bili veći od kontrole i varijante 3. Varijanta 2 uticala je naveću brojnost p lt 0,01 u odnosu na kontrolu dok u odnosu na druge varijante značajnost je bila p lt 0,05 (factor B). U rizosferi genotipa Rubin utvrđena je najveća brojnost svih ispitivanih parametara (faktor C). Varijanta 2 sa EM uticala je na povećanje prinosa od 13,29% u odnosu na kontrolu što je bilo na nivou (p lt 0,05), a sa primenom EM+NPK varijanta 4 prinos je bio veći za 15,95% što je bilo na nivou (p lt 0,01) značajnosti.

AB  - Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi efekat primena stimulacije semena sorte Galine različitim mikrobiološkim preparatom registtrovanim za organsku proizvodnju na brojnost slobodnih azotofiksatora i ukupan broj mikroogranizama u rozisferi korena soje i uticaj na količinu proteina u zrnu soje. Istraživanja su obavljena 2016-2018. Primenjene su različite količine organskog đubriva: bez đubrenja (kontrola), 1000 kg ha-1 (45 kgNha-1 ); 1200 kg ha-1 (54 kgNha-1 ) i 1600 kg ha-1 (72 kgNha-1 ). Pred setvu obavljena je stimulacija semena sa mikrobiološkim preparatom Nitragin (S1) i EM Aktiv (S2). Utvrđivan je ukupan broj mikroorganizama, brojnost azotobaktera u rizosferi soje i sadržaj proteina u zrnu soje. Najveće vrednosti ispitivanih parametara utvrđene su pri stimulaciji semena sa S2 , pri količini azota od 45 i 54 kgNha-1.

The research was conducted from 2016 to 2018. Different amounts of organic fertilizer were applied: without fertilization (control), 1000 kg ha-1 (45 kgNha-1 ); 1200 kg ha-1 (54 kgNha-1 ) and 1600 kg ha-1 (72 kgNha-1 ). Before sowing, seeds were stimulated with the microbiological preparation Nitragin (C1) and EM Aktiv (C2). The highest values of the examined parameters were determined during stimulation of seeds with S2, at the amount of nitrogen of 45 and 54 kgNha-1.

AB  - Prinos i morfološke osobine soje zavise od sorte, plodnosti zemljišta, agrotehničkih mera, kao i od vremenskih uslova u pojedinim godinama. Cilj ovih istraživanja je da se sagleda uticaj različitih sklopova na prinos, visinu biljaka i broj grana na stablu za tri različite sorte soje. Sorta Valjevka najviši prinos je ostvarila pri sklopu od 500000 biljaka, sorta Sava pri 450000 biljaka, a sorta Rubin pri sklopu od 400000 biljaka po hektaru. Povećanjem gustine useva kod sve tri sorte soje povećava se visina biljaka, a smanjuje se broj grana na stablu.
AB  - Soybean yield and morphological traits of soybean depend on the variety selection,
soil fertility, the applied agrotechnical measures, as well as the weather conditions in
certain years. The aim of this research is to examone the influence of different plant
densities on yield, plant height and number of branches for three different soybean
varieties. Variety Valjevka has achieved the highest yield on a canopy of 500,000
plants, Sava variety at 450000 plants and the variety Rubin with 400,000 plants per
hectare. By increasing the density of crops for all three soybean varieties the height of
plants increases and the number of branches decreases.

AB  - Dugogodišnja primena pesticida često prati pojave neželjenih posledica na životnu sredinu. Herbicidi koji se primenjuju u borbi protiv korova, u zavisnosti od stepena toksičnosti, različito deluju na zemljišnu mikrofloru, koja je veoma značajna za dekompoziciju molekula pesticida. Mogu da dovedu do zaustavljanja njihovog razvoja, stvaranja zajednica sa nižim stepenom raznovrsnosti. U ovom radu razmatraju se uzajamni procesi i odnosi koji se uspostavljaju u zemljištu između herbicida i mikroorganizama neposredno, kao i u periodu posle primene. Kao pokazatelji ovih procesa dati su podaci o promeni brojnosti pojedinih sistematskih i fizioloških grupa mikroorganizama, i aktivnosti enzima koji su nastali pod uticajem herbicida.
AB  - Long-term use of pesticides often monitors the occurrence of unwanted effects on the ecosystem. Herbicides applied in the fight against copra, depending on the degree of toxicity, differ on the soil microflora, which is very important for the decomposition of pesticide molecules. Herbicides can lead to stopping their development, creating communities with a lower degree of diversity. In this paper, the reciprocal processes and relationships that are established in the soil between herbicides and microorganisms are discussed directly, as well as in the post-application period. Indicators of these processes are data on the change in the number of certain systematic and physiological groups of microorganisms, and the activity enzymes in the soil.

AB  - Poljski eksperimentalni dvofaktorijalni ogled bio je postavljen po dizajnu split-plot sa dve sorte soje i tretmanima sa Vital Trichom, vodenim ekstraktom koprive, uključujući i kontrolnu varijantu. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi uticaj različitih genotipova, primene Vital Tricha i biljnog ekstrakta od koprive na neke morfološke osobine soje (broj bočnih grana, visina biljaka) i prinos soje. Na osnovu toga da se preporuči u organskoj proizvodnji primena navedenog mikrobiološkog preparata i pripremljenog ekstrakta od koprive, kao i sorta koja bolje reaguje na primenjene navedene tretmane. U organskom sistemu sa primenjenim tretmanima u gajenju pokazala se bolja sorta Rubin.
AB  - The two-factorial field experiment was set by split-plot design, with two varieties of
soybean and treatments with Vital Tricho, aqueous nettle extract, including the control
variant as well. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of various
genotypes, the use of Vital Tricho and aqueous nettle extract on some morphological
soybean characteristics (number of side branches, plant height) and soybean yield. On
the basis of this, application of the stated microbiological fertilizer and prepared nettle
extract should be recommended for organic production, as well as the variety that reacts
better with the mentioned applied treatments. In an organic system with the applied
treatments, the variety Rubin showed it self better in terms of breeding.

AB  - Folijarni tretmani dva puta u vegetaciji sa efektivnim mikroorganizmima značajno su uticali na povećanje prinosa ispitivanih parametara. U godini sa nepovoljnim agrometeorološkim uslovima zabeleženo je povećanje prinosa zrna u zavisnosti od količine osnovnog đubrenja od 9,59-3,94%, dok je u godini sa povoljnim uslovima to povećanje iznosilo od 4,81-1,83%. Takođe, je utvrđen i povećan sadrćaj ulja u zrnu i prinos ulja po jedinici površine. Uvođenjem efektivnih mikroorganizama kao obaveznu meru uticalo bi se na smanjenje efekta suše, sigurniju proizvodnju i dobar kvalitet zrna.
AB  - Foliar treatments twice in vegetation with effective microorganisms significantly influenced the increase in the yield of the tested parameters. In the year with unfavorable agro-meteorological conditions, the increase in grain yield was observed, depending on the amount of basic fertilizer from 9.59-3.94%, while in the year with favorable conditions the increase was 4.81-1.83%. It is established and increased oil content in grain and oil yield per unit area. By introducing effective micro-organisms as a compulsory measure, it would have an effect on reducing the effects of drought, more secure production and good grain quality.

AB  - Združivanje useva je sistem gajenja biljaka koji u održivom načinu
biljne proizvodnje sve više dobija na značaju. Pored niza prednosti združenih useva (agronomskih i ekoloških) veoma je važno da ishrana useva bude prilagođena potrebama biljaka i dinamici mikrobne populacije u zemljištu. Zato je za cilj rada postavljeno da se utvrdi značaj združivanja kukuruza i soje na parametre biogenosti zemljišta u odnosu na njihovu pojedinačnu setvu (faktor A). Faktor B primenjene su različite vrste đubriva (kontrola NPK 600 kg/ha 15:15:15 na celoj površini ogleda; S-stajnjak 30 t/ha; MM-200 kg/ha AN 34,5%N; MB- 200 kg/ha AN 34,5%N+ tečni mikrobiološki preparat sa efektivnih mikroorganizama u zemljište 20 l/ha i Nitragin za soju. Ispitivane varijabile su visoko značajno (p<0,01) uticale na dinamiku ispitivanih grupa rizosferne mikrobne populacije
(ukupan broj mikroorganizama, brojnost amonifikatora) i njihovu biohemijsku aktivnost. Đubrenje je takođe visoko značajno uticalo na ispitivane parametre. Ukupan broj mikroorganizama je u proseku imao najveće vrednosti pri đubrenju u varijanti MM, dok je brojnost amonifikatora i dehidrogenazne aktivnosti imala najveće vrednosti u MB varijanti. Ispitivani faktori su različito uticali na intezitet vegetativnog porast biljaka na početku vegetacije. Način setve nije značajno uticao na visinu biljaka u početnim fazama razvoja biljaka, dok su đubrenje i interaktivna zavisnost faktora statistički značajano uticali na visinu biljaka. U pojedinačnoj setvi kod soje nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike u visini biljaka, kod kukuruza najveća visina (p<0,01) utvrđena pri đubrenju sa stajnjakom, dok je u združenom usevu najveća visina kukuruza i soje (p<0,01) uvrđena pri đubrenju u varijanti MB.
AB  - Intercropping is a plant breeding system that is gaining in
importance for a sustainable way of plant production. In addition to the many benefits of intercropping crops (agronomic and ecological) it is very important that nutrition of crops is adapted to the needs of plants and the dynamics of the microbial population in the soil. In the single planting in the soybean, the significance of the difference in the height of the plants was not determined, while in the maize the highest height (p <0.01) was determined during fertilization with the manure, while in the combined crop the maximum height of corn and soybean (p <0.01) determined by fertilization in the MB variant.

AB  - U cilju sagledavanja uticaja zaoravanja žetvenih ostataka i primene mikrobiiološkog preparata NS Nitragin, na prinos soje, postavnjen je trogodišnji ogled na parcelama Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo na Rimskim Šančevima. Zaoravanje žetvenih ostataka povećalo je prinos soje za 8,46%, primena mikrobiološkog preparata NS Nitragin za 8,63%, dok je na varijanti ogleda sa zaoravanjem žetvenih ostataka i primenom NS Nitragina prinos povećan za 11,22%. Povećanje prinosa je statistički veoma značajno.
AB  - In order to examine the influence of ploughing in crop residues and the application of microbiological preparation NS Nitragin on the yield of soybean, a three year trial was organized at the parcels of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Rimski Sancevi. Ploughing in crop residues increased the yield of soybean by 8. 46%, the application of microbiological preparation NS Nitragin by 8. 63%, while on the variant with ploughing in crop residues and the use of NS Nitragin, yield increased by 11. 22%. The yield increase is statistically very significant.

AB  - Prinos soje zavisi od sorte, plodnosti zemljišta, agrotehničkih mera, kao i od vremenskih uslova u pojedinim godinama. Zaoravanjem žetvenih ostataka preduseva povećava se sadržaj organske materije u zemljištu, što ima pozitivan uticaj na plodnost zemljišta. Zaoravanje žetvenih ostataka preduseva kukuruza dovelo je do povećanja prinosa soje u proseku za 10,43%, odnosno po pojedinim godinama povećanje prinosa je bilo od 7,039% do 15,94%. Zaoravanje žetvenih ostataka preduseva kukuruza ima pozitivan efekat na povećanje prinosa soje i mora se posmatrati kao obavezna agrotehnička meru u gajenju soje.
AB  - Soybean yield depends on soybean variety, fertility of soil, agro-technical measures, as well as from weather conditions in certain years. Ploughing crop residues increases the content of organic matter in the soil, which has a positive effect on the fertility of the soil. Ploughing corn residue previous crop lead to an increase in yield of soybean on average by 10.43%, that is, by some years the yield increase was from 7.039% to 15.94%. Ploughing harvest residues previous crop of maize has a positive effect on the increase in yield of soybeans and must be considered as compulsory agro technical measure in soybean cultivation.

AB  - The aim of the research was to test the effect of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) on soybean seed germination and yield depending on specific field conditions, years of study, exposure duration and frequency. Field trial was conducted on an experimental field of Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad, Serbia in 2010-2013. Seeds of the soybean (Glycine hispida (Moench)) medium-early cultivar. Valjevka 'were exposed to the PEMF therapy using the impulse generator and strip. Low-frequency (16, 24, 30 and 72 Hz) PEMF was used in the duration of 0, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Research results indicate that this method can increase seed germination up to 8.00% and yield by 960.5 kg, or 21% in field conditions, which is a significant increase and a solid basis to introduce this practice, primarily in organic production with a very limited use of seed treatment preparations. However, the practice can have an inhibitory effect under an unfavourable combination of exposure duration and frequency. The obtained data were processed using the analysis of variance of three-factorial trials considering all years of study. Due to different meteorological conditions in the study years, analysis of variance was conducted for each year of study and correlations between the tested traits were examined.

Valjevka 'were exposed to the PEMF therapy using the impulse generator and strip. Low-frequency (16, 24, 30 and 72 Hz) PEMF was used in the duration of 0, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Research results indicate that this method can increase seed germination up to 8.00% and yield by 960.5 kg, or 21% in field conditions, which is a significant increase and a solid basis to introduce this practice, primarily in organic production with a very limited use of seed treatment preparations. However, the practice can have an inhibitory effect under an unfavourable combination of exposure duration and frequency. The obtained data were processed using the analysis of variance of three-factorial trials considering all years of study. Due to different meteorological conditions in the study years, analysis of variance was conducted for each year of study and correlations between the tested traits were examined.",

AB  - The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effect of strains Bradyrhizobium japonicum and
Bacillus sp. on length and dry weight of soybean plants. Moreover, the strains were tested for their

AB  - The three-year study was conducted on a calcareous chernozem experimental plot of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops. The experimental field trial was designed as corn soybean wheat crop rotation and performed in four replications. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of soybean seed inoculation with microbiological fertilizer, seed treatment with cobalt and molybdenum, as well as the effect of preceding maize crop fertilization with different dosages of nitrogen, on soybean yield and its protein and oil contents. This would allow defining optimal seed treatment that would enable production of high and stable yield of quality soybeans with the rationalization of the use of mineral nitrogen fertilizers. The application of the largest dose of 250 kg N ha(-1) was responsible for significantly (by 12.11%) higher yields compared with the control. Grain yield was not affected by the application of cobalt and molybdenum. No significant yield increase was found when seed that was treated only with Nitragin. The contents of protein and oil were statistically very significantly different between the three experimental years because the investigated qualitative properties of grain are highly dependent on hydrothermal conditions. The protein content in the soybean increased very significantly following the increasing amounts of nitrogen. Very significant effect of seed treatment on protein and oil content was found. The two-field system of maize and wheat cultivation should be upgraded to the three-field system: maize - soybean - wheat. The use of cobalt and molybdenum in slightly alkaline and alkaline soils did not contribute to the increase of grain yield or protein content in the grain. However, it caused very significant increase in soybean oil content on slightly alkaline soils. The effect of the increase was 1.77%.

Yield of Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) in ecological production according to environment conservation

AB  - Bean is an annual plant of the legume family, of high nutritional value. In structure of total vegetable consumption in Serbia, bean takes 4.3%. Research was conducted in 2013 in Baia Topola according to ecological principles. The trial was set up as two-factorial field experiment with four replications. The aim of research was to determine the effect of genetic factor and application of Tifi microbiological preparation (Trichoderma x atroviride) to yield and bean yield components. Data were statistically analyzed by method of two-factorial split-plot experiment, where main plots were cultivars and subplots microbiological treatments. Means were tested by LSD test. Both treatments had positive effect on bean growth and development, and also yield and yield components. Average bean yield was 6.2 t ha(-1). 'Maksa' cultivar had statistically significant increased yield than 'Zlatko' cultivar. Control had statistically significant lower yield (p  lt  0.01) compared to yield of plots treated by Trichoderma x atroviride. According to results, positive correlation was determined between yield and plant height, number of side branches, nodule weight (symbiotic bacteria on the root of the bean), number of legumes, grain weight. Also, negative correlation was determined between number of grains and absolute grain weight which leads to conclusion that if the number of grains is bigger, the grains are smaller and the absolute weight is smaller. Products grown by new, alternative technologies are safe for human health. Ecological production contributes to environment conservation and also is based on modern scientific perception of ecology and agriculture.

AB  - Large amounts of aerosols that linger in the atmosphere are becoming carriers of pollen. Ambrosia artemisiifolia L has the ability to produce large amounts of pollen. Given the high adaptability of Ambrosia artemisiifolia L for the dissemination of the big problem is its suppression. In practice, the most common method of combating Ambrosia is the use of different groups of herbicides which adversely affects the environment. Therefore, the aim of the paper is set to investigate the efficacy of the treatment plant Ambrosia artemisiifolia L supply via innovative devices in the stage of development of vegetative growth of the plants after harvest of wheat. The first results were visible after only 20 minutes, and the total number of plants in the treatment was destroyed after 5 days.
AB  - Velike količine aerosola koje se zadržavaju u atmosferi postaju nosači polena. Ambrosia artemisiifolia L ima sposobnost produkcije velike količine polena. S obzirom na veliku adaptibilnost Ambrosia artemisiifolia L pri širenju veliki problem je njeno suzbijanje. U praksi najčešća metoda suzbijanja ambrozije je korišćenje različitih grupa herbicida čime se negativno utiče na životnu sredinu. Zato je za cilj rada postavljeno da se istraži efikasnost tretmana biljaka Ambrosia artemisiifolia L naponom preko inovativnog uređaja u fenofazi vegetativnog porasta biljaka posle žetve pšenice. Prvi rezultati su bili vidljivi posle samo 20 minuta, a ukupan broj biljaka u tretmanu bio je uništen posle 5 dana.

AB  - Examination of the impact of electromagnetic fields on function of
biological systems is more recent direction in agriculture. Application of
electromagnetic waves on seed activates the enzyme complex which results in
better germination and growing. The aim of this study was to investigate the use
of different groups of microorganisms and low-frequency electromagnetic waves
to achieve high yields. The study was conducted at the experimental field of the
Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. Valjevka soybean variety
was used. Necessary nutrients were provided by use of poultry manure in amount
of: control, 750 and 1300 kg.ha-1
and incorporated mixture of useful
microorganisms. Sub-plots include treatment of seeds with electromagnetic
waves (15 Hz frequencies of exposure for 30 minutes) and the foliar treatment of
plants with mixture of beneficial microorganisms in two growth stages of
development. In the stage of development R3 were defined the basic parameters
of the biological value of the soil, and achieved a high yield in the harvest. The
results showed significant increase of soybean yield (21.4%) in the version with
electromagnetic waves. The highest yield of 3179 kg.ha-1 was achieved in

abstract = "Examination of the impact of electromagnetic fields on function of
biological systems is more recent direction in agriculture. Application of
electromagnetic waves on seed activates the enzyme complex which results in
better germination and growing. The aim of this study was to investigate the use
of different groups of microorganisms and low-frequency electromagnetic waves
to achieve high yields. The study was conducted at the experimental field of the
Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. Valjevka soybean variety
was used. Necessary nutrients were provided by use of poultry manure in amount
of: control, 750 and 1300 kg.ha-1
and incorporated mixture of useful
microorganisms. Sub-plots include treatment of seeds with electromagnetic
waves (15 Hz frequencies of exposure for 30 minutes) and the foliar treatment of
plants with mixture of beneficial microorganisms in two growth stages of
development. In the stage of development R3 were defined the basic parameters
of the biological value of the soil, and achieved a high yield in the harvest. The
results showed significant increase of soybean yield (21.4%) in the version with
electromagnetic waves. The highest yield of 3179 kg.ha-1 was achieved in
fertilization with 750 kg.ha-1

AB  - The trial was carried out in the period 2007-2010 at the experimental field of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad, Serbia. Study was based on applied different fertilizer doses (mineral fertilizers and harvest residues of the previous crop). Trial variants were arranged in a randomized block design and they included: 0 kg N ha-1 without ploughing under crop residues; 0 kg N ha-1 + crop residues; 50 kg N ha-1 + crop residues; 150 kg N ha-1 + crop residues; 250 kg N ha-1 + crop residues. There were two trial sub-variants with and without soybean seed inoculation within each variant. Seed of soybean cultivar Proteinka (maturity group 0) was inoculated directly before planting, using microbial fertilizer NS-Nitragin containing a mixture of selected highly effective Bradyrhizobium japonicum strains. Seed inoculation produced statistically highly significant yield increases in all four trial years, while the variants with higher doses of nitrogen applied under a preceding crop showed increases in mineral nitrogen uptake from the soil without adequate increases in soybean yield. The application of microbial fertilizers and ploughing under crop residues evidently ensured high yields of soybean, even with reduced doses of nitrogen fertilizer applied to a preceding crop.
AB  - Eksperiment je izveden u periodu 2007-2010. godine na oglednom polju Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo, Novi Sad. Studija je zasnovana na primenjenim različitim varijantama đubriva (mineralna đubriva i biljni ostaci prethodnog useva). Varijante ogleda su raspoređene po slučajnom blok sistemu: 0 kg N ha-1 bez zaoravanja žetvenih ostataka; 0 kg N ha-1 + žetveni ostaci; 50 kg N ha-1 + žetveni ostaci; 150 kg N ha-1 + žetveni ostaci; 250 kg N ha-1 + žetveni ostaci. U okviru svake varijante postojale su dve pod-varijante sa i bez inokulacije semena soje. Seme soje sorte Proteinka (0 grupa zrenja) je neposredno pre setve inokulisano mikrobiološkim đubrivom NS-Nitragin koje sadrži mešavinu odabranih visoko efikasnih sojeva bakterija Bradyrhizobium japonicum. Inokulacija semena dovela je do statistički veoma značajnog povećanja prinosa u sve četiri godine istraživanja, dok su varijante sa visokim dozama azota primenjene pod predusev dovele do povećanja usvajanja mineralnog azota iz zemljišta bez odgovarajućeg povećanja prinosa soje. Primena mikrobioloških đubriva i zaoravanje biljnih ostataka može da obezbedi visoke prinose soje, čak i pri smanjenim dozama azotnih đubriva koje su primenjene u prethodnom usevu.

AB  - In order to environmental elements preservation it is necessary to support natural cycles and
organisms that participate in them by various methods. The aim of this study was to determine the biological value of soil in soybean production by using organic fertilizers, beneficial
microorganisms mixture and seed treatments by electromagnetic waves EMW (frequencies
15 Hz and exposure time 30 minutes). Necessary nutrients were provided by use of granulated poultry manure and beneficial microorganisms mixture (lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, fungi
and actinomycetes). During the research the basic parameters of biological value of soil and
yield were followed. The results showed significant increase of soybean yield (3052.17 kg ha-1)
in the version with electromagnetic waves EMW treatment (4.27%), than without the use of
EMW (2927.08 kg ha-1). Also, there was detected significantly higher number of total microorganisms in the soil, the number of azotobacters was smaller and the number of ammonifiers
was uniform. The most intense microbial dynamics in both versions of experiment showed
fertilizing with 750 kg ha-1. The results of investigated biogeny parameters of soil were compatible with soybean yield.
AB  - U funkciji očuvanja elemenata životne sredine potrebno je raznim metodama podržavati prirodne cikluse kao i organizme koji u njima sudjeluju. Cilj rada bio je utvrditi biogenost tla u
proizvodnji soje primjenom organskih gnojiva, smjese korisnih mikroorganizama i tretmana
sjemena elektromagnetnim valovima EMT (frenkvencije 15 Hz ekspozicije 30 minuta). U osiguranju potrebnih hraniva korišten je granulirani živinski stajnjak i smjesa korisnih grupa mikroorganizama (mliječno kiselinske bakterije, kvasci, gljive i aktinomicete). U tijeku istraživanja
praćeni su osnovni parametri biogenosti tla kao i visina prinosa. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata
utvrđeno je u prosjeku značajno veći prinos soje (3052.17 kg ha-1) u varijanti sa primjenom
EMT (4.27%), nego bez primjene EMT (2927.08 kg ha-1). Također, utvrđen je značajno veći broj
ukupnih mikroorganizama u tlu, brojnost azotobaktera bila je manja, a amonifikatora ujednačena. Najveća dinamika broja ispitivanih grupa mikroorganizama u obje varijante pokusa bile
su pri gnojidbi sa 750 kg ha-1. Rezultati ispitivanih parametara biogenosti tla bili su kompatibilni
sa visinom prinosa soje.
