abstract = "Visokoproteinski suncokret se koristi za ishranu ljudi, ptica i domaćih životinja. Hibridi suncokreta visokoproteinskog konzumnog tipa pored proteina sadrže i značajne količine ulja od koga se dobija hladno presovano ulje i uljana pogača kao sporedni proizvod. NS visokoproteinski hibridi dobrih su tehničko-tehnoloških svojstava semena, ujednačene boje i krupnoće, lake ljuštivosti, a pogodni su i za mašinsko ljuštenje semena. Koriste se za ishranu ljudi, ishranu ptica, u pekarskoj i prehrambenoj industriji. U radu je ispitivano trinaest visokoproteinskih NS hibrida suncokreta, koji su podeljeni u grupe na osnovu načina korišćenja, boje semena i krupnoće semena. Utvrđeno je da najniži prosečan sadržaj ulja i prinos ulja ima grupa jako krupnih šarenih konzumnih hibrida (30,3%, 1225 kg/ha) namenjenih za ishranu ljudi, dok najviši prosečan sadržaj ulja i prinos ulja ima grupa visokoproteinskih belih hibrida namenjenih za ishranu ptica (43,1%, 1959 kg/ha)., High protein sunflower is used in human, bird, and farm animal nutrition. High protein confectionery sunflower hybrids apart from proteins also contain significant oil quantities used to obtain cold press oils and oil cake as a by-product. NS high protein hybrids have good technical and technological seed traits. They are uniform in color and size, easily dehulled, and are adequate for machine dehulling. They are used in human and bird nutrition in both baking and food production. In this paper, twelve high-protein NS sunflower hybrids have been used, and they were divided into groups based on their purpose, seed color, and size. It has been determined that the lowest average oil content and oil yield was in the group of large, colorful confectionery hybrids (30.3%, 1225 kg/ha) meant for human nutrition. While the highest average oil content and oil yield were in the group of high protein white hybrids meant for bird nutrition (43.1%, 1959 kg/ha).",
