AB  - Stability and quality of agricultural production can be ensured by sustainable resource management. Health-safe products, economic benefit, preserving the environment and health can be achieved by organic production. Organic production in the World, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and North Macedonia was analyzed in this research. Agricultural land covers 76 mill. ha which is 1.6% of world land. It is noted a growth trend of the organic agricultural area in 2021 by 1.7% according data collected from 191 countries. The largest organic agricultural land areas are in Oceania (36 mill. ha or 47%) and Europe (17.8 mill. ha - 23%) followed by Latin America (9.9 mill. hа - 13%), Asia (6.5 mill. ha, 8.5 percent), Northern America (3.5 mill. hа - 4.6%) and Africa (2.7 mill. hа - 3.5%). A trend of area growth in 2021compared to 2020 was noted Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, B&H and North Macedonia. The largest increase had North Macedonia (7794 ha, 109.1%), then B&H (2495 ha, 47.5%), Serbia (23527 ha, 21.8%) and Croatia (121924 ha, 12.3%). Great export opportunity of Serbia is in that it has excellent conditions for the growth of organic production, because of its excellent geographical position and good quality land.

The influence of effective microorganisms on some characteristics of different maize

AB  - The aim of the research was to determine the impact of the EM Aktiv preparation in the maize crop (ZP 427 and ZP 548) at 160, 120, 102 kg ha-1 N in 2017 at the location of the municipality of Vladimirovci. During the growing season, there was a pronounced water deficit. The preparation was applied in three variants: EM1 - control, EM2 - foliar 2 x 6 l ha-1 in the phenological stages of 5-7 leaves and after 15 days; EM3 - the preparation was introduced into the soil 7 days before sowing 30 l ha-1 + EM2. The mass of 1000 grains, the height of the yield and the nitrogen content in the grain were determined. Application of 160 kg ha-1 nitrogen had the greatest effect on the weight of 1000 grains, and 120 kg ha-1. The production of maize on a global level takes place in a way that affects the degradation of resources and elements of the environment, the increasing dependence on mineral fertilizers and pesticides, which leads to the production of greenhouse gases and a negative impact on climate change. Today, N on grain yield in all treatments. The treatments had a positive effect on both traits. Higher values of the tested properties were found in the EM3 treatment. The applied factors did not have a statistically significant effect on the nitrogen content of maize grains.

AB  - Kvalitetna i pravovremena osnovna obrada zemljišta uz dobru obezbeđenost hranivima je uslov za normalan razvoj biljaka soje i ostvarenje visokih prinosa. Jesenja osnovna obrada doprinosi ostvarenju visokih prinosa soje, dok se kasnijom obradom prinos smanjuje. NPK đubriva, amonijum nitrat i folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane povećava prinos soje, prinos proteina i ulja, a najbolji efekat ostvaren je upotrebom NPK đubriva.
AB  - Quality and timely primary soil tillage along with good nutrient suply is a requirement for normal soybean plant development and high yield realization. Autumnal primary tillage contributes to the achievement of high soybean yields, while later cultivation decreases the yield. NPK fertilizers, ammonium nitrate and foliar aqueous banana fruit extract application increases soybean yield, protein and oil yield, and the best effect is achieved by applying NPK fertilizer.

AB  - Makroogledi se izvode sa ciljem raspoređivanja pojedinih sorti soje po pojedinim lokalitetima kako bi se ostvarili maksimalni prinosi uz što manja variranja u pojedinim godinama. Koeficijenti varijacije omogućuju detaljnu analizu sorti soje po lokalitetima i godinama. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da su koeficijenti varijacije prinosa sorti veoma visoki u nepovoljnim godinama, sa veoma izraženim variranjem prinosa po pojedinim lokalitetima. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje variranja prinosa šest NS sorti soje na četiri lokaliteta tokom tri godine.
AB  - Macro-experiments are carried out with the aim of distributing individual varieties of soybeans in individual locations in order to achieve maximum yields with as little variation as possible in individual years. Coefficients of variation enable a detailed analysis of soybean varieties by location and year. The obtained results show that the coefficients of variation of varieties yield are very high in unfavorable years, with very pronounced variation of yield in individual localities. The aim of this paper is to analize the yield variation of six NS soybean varieties at four localities during three years.

AB  - Primena novih tehnologija u cilju dobijanja višeg prinosa gajenih biljaka i boljeg kvaliteta proizvoda je ključ za unapređenje poljoprivrede u budućnosti. Efektivni mikroorganizmi sve više nalaze primenu u intenzivnoj konvencionalnoj i organskoj biljnoj proizvodnji jer njihovom primenom smanjuju se troškovi proizvodnje, povećava biogenost zemljišta, smanjuju bolesti na usevima i pozitivno utiče na zaštitu životne sredine. Primena preparata EM-Aktiv značajno povećava prinos soje i pozitivno utiče na morfološke osobine, masu i visinu biljaka, masu 1000 zrna i žetveni indeks soje.
AB  - The application of new technologies in order to obtain a higher yield of cultivated plants and better product quality is the key to improving agriculture in the future. Effective microorganisms are increasingly used in intensive conventional and organic plant production because their application reduces production costs, increases soil biogenicity, reduces crop diseases and has a positive effect on environmental protection. AB  - Primena đubriva uslov je za ostvarivanje visoke i stabilne, ekonomski opravdane proizvodnje soje. Vodeni ekstrakti biljnog materijala su imali pozitivan efekat na prinos soje. Svi vodeni ekstrakti povećali su prinos soje, a najveći efekat postignut je folijarnom primenom vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane, zatim vodenog ekstrakta od koprive i gaveza, vodenog ekstrakta od kore banana kao i vodenog ekstrakta od koprive.
AB  - The use of fertilizers is a condition for achieving high and stable, economically justified soybean production. Aqueous extracts of plant material had a positive effect on soybean yield. All aqueous extracts increased soybean yield, and the highest effect was achieved by foliar application of aqueous extract of banana fruit, then aqueous extract of nettle and comfrey, aqueous extract of banana peel, as well as aqueous extract of nettle.

AB  - The time of basic tillage and fertilization are very important agrotechnical measures that have a high impact on soybean yield. Winter basic tillage of the soil reduces the harvest yield by 8.53%, and spring tillage by 21.18%, the application of NPK fertilizers increased the yield by 13.96%, the foliar application of water extract from plant material by 9.57% and the application of AN by 8.44%. Autumn basic tillage is most conducive to achieving high and stable soybean yields, and fertilization has a positive effect on soybean yields.

AB  - Kvalitetna i pravovremena osnovna obrada zemljišta uz dobru obezbeđenost hranivima je uslov za normalan razvoj biljaka soje i ostvarenje visokih prinosa. Jesenja osnovna obrada doprinosi ostvarenju visokih prinosa soje, dok se sa kasnijom obradom prinos smanjuje. NPK đubriva , amonijum nitrat i folijarna primena vodenog ekstrakta od ploda banane povećava prinos soje, prinos proteina i ulja, a najbolji efekat ostvaren je upotrebom NPK đubriva.
AB  - Quality and timely primary soil tillage along with good nutrient supply is a requirement for normal soybean plant development and high yield realization. Autumnal primary tillage contributes to the achievement of high soybean yields, while later cultivation decreases the yield. NPK fertilizers, ammonium nitrate and foliar aqueous banana fruit extract application increases soybean yield, protein and oil yield, and the best effect is achieved by applying NPK fertilizer.

Sole ammonium nitrate application, as well as combined application of ammonium nitrate with NPK fertilizer and with foliar plant treatment with aqueous banana fruit extract contributes to soybean yield increase, grain protein content increase, as well as protein and oil yield per surface unit, and the combination of ammonium nitrate with NPK fertilizers, along with autumnal primary soil cultivation provides the best effects.

Cilj ovih istraživanja je ispitivanje uticaja vremena osnovne obrade i folijarne primene đubriva na visinu prinosa soje. Folijarna primena đubriva povećava prinos u proseku za 4,76%, a povećanje se kretalo od 1,27% pri jesenjoj osnovnoj obradi u 2020. godini do 8,40% pri prolećnoj osnovnoj obradi u 2019. godini.
AB  - High yields and stability of soybean production are directly affected by the amount and distribution of precipitation, available nutrients, and moment of agrotechnical measures application. This research aimed to examine the effect of primary tillage moment and foliar fertilization on soybean yield. Winter tillage reduced the soybean yield by 2.16% ̶5.57% in different years, 4.07% on average, while spring tillage reduced yield by 11.20% on average (6.11% ̶18.06%). Foliar fertilization increased yield by 4.76% on average, the increase ranged from 1.27% when autumn tillage was applied in 2020 to 8.40% when tillage was conducted in spring of 2019.

AB  - The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of aqueous extracts of different plant species on the grain and protein yield of soybean. The testing was conducted at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad on the seeds of the NS Apolo variety. The aqueous extracts of the above-ground part of nettle, the above-ground part of nettle and comfrey, whole banana fruit, banana peel, onion bulbs leaves, the top parts of willow twigs and the top parts of soybean plants were foliarly applied. In addition to the untreated control variant, the experiment also included a distilled water control. Control with distilled water was to show whether the effect of aqueous plant extracts was due to plant material or just water. The results of the experiment showed that the use of aqueous extracts contributed to the increase in grain and protein yield. The increase in grain yield ranged from 9.48% to 15.34%, and the increase in protein yield from 9.31% to 16.16%. The best effect was achieved by applying the aqueous extract of the whole banana fruit and the aqueous extract of the mix of nettle and comfrey. By applying them each year, a significantly higher yield was achieved in relation to the control with distilled water.
AB  - Cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispita uticaj vodenih biljnih ekstrakata na prinos zrna i proteina kod soje. Ispitivanje je obavljeno u Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu na sorti NS Apolo. Za folijarnu primenu korišćeni su vodeni ekstrakti: nadzemnog dela koprive, nadzemnog dela koprive i gaveza, ceo plod banane, kora banane, listovi lukovice crnog luka, vršni delovi grančica vrbe i vršni delovi biljaka soje. Pored kontrolne varijante, eksperiment je uključivao i kontrolu – destilovanu vodu. Kontrola destilovanom vodom će pokazati da li je efekat vodenih biljnih ekstrakata posledica biljnog materijala ili vode. Rezultati analize su pokazali da je upotreba vodenih ekstrakata doprinela povećanju prinosa zrna i prinosa proteina. Povećanje prinosa kretalo se od 9,48% do 15,34%, a povećanje prinosa proteina od 9,31% do 16,16%. Najbolji efekat je postignut primenom vodenog ekstrakta celog ploda banane i vodenog ekstrakta koprive i gaveza. Njihovom primenom svake godine postignut je znatno veći prinos u odnosu na kontrolu vodom.

AB  - Aqueous plant extracts contain nutrients and physiologically active substances that affect plant growth and development. they are easy to prepare and apply, and many aqueous extracts have fungicidal action and repellent action on pests. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of the application of aqueous extracts of banana and nettle with comfrey on plant weight and weight of 1000 grains in three soybean cultivars. In both years of research, aqueous extracts of banana and nettle with comfrey statistically significantly increased the weight of plants and the weight of 1000 soybeans.

Potapanje semena – metod za povećanje klijavosti semena soje

AB  - Cilj rada bio je da se ispita da li potapanje semena može da poboljša
klijavost semena soje u nepovoljnim uslovima, odnosno na nižoj
temperaturi. Za istraživanje je korišćeno seme sorte soje NS Apolo, koja
je selekcionisana na Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu.
Seme je potapano u različite rastvore: kalijum nitrat - KNO3 (1%),
askorbinska kiselina - AsA (100 mg l-1) i kalijum hlorid - KCl (1%).
Nakon sušenja, seme je naklijavano na temperaturi 10°C, dok je seme
naklijavano na optimalnoj temperaturi od 25°C poslužilo kao kontrola.
Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je potapanje semena pre setve
poboljšalo energiju klijanja, klijavost semena i brzinu klijanja u uslovima
niske temperature.
Upotreba rastvora KNO3 i AsA bila je efekasnija od primene rastvora
KCl u uslovima niže temperature. Rastvor KNO3 i AsA su značajnije
uticali na povećanje klijavosti i energije klijanja.
AB  - The aim of this study was to examine whether priming seeds can improve the germination of soybean seeds in unfavorable conditions, i.e. at a lower temperature. For the research, the seeds of the NS Apolo soybean variety, which were selected at the Institute of Agriculture and Vegetables in Novi Sad, were used. The seeds were primed in different solutions: potassium nitrate - KNO3 (1%), ascorbic acid - AsA (100 mg l- 1) and potassium chloride - KCl (1%). After drying, the seeds were germinated at a temperature of 10°C, while the seeds germinated at an optimal temperature of 25°C served as a control. The research results showed that priming the seeds before sowing improved germination energy, seed germination and germination rate under low temperature conditions. The use of KNO3 and AsA solution was more effective than the use of KCl solution under lower temperature conditions. The solution of KNO3 and AsA significantly influenced the increase in germination and germination energy.

klijavost semena soje u nepovoljnim uslovima, odnosno na nižoj
temperaturi. Za istraživanje je korišćeno seme sorte soje NS Apolo, koja
je selekcionisana na Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu.
Seme je potapano u različite rastvore: kalijum nitrat - KNO3 (1%),
askorbinska kiselina - AsA (100 mg l-1) i kalijum hlorid - KCl (1%).
Nakon sušenja, seme je naklijavano na temperaturi 10°C, dok je seme
naklijavano na optimalnoj temperaturi od 25°C poslužilo kao kontrola.
Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je potapanje semena pre setve
poboljšalo energiju klijanja, klijavost semena i brzinu klijanja u uslovima
niske temperature.
Upotreba rastvora KNO3 i AsA bila je efekasnija od primene rastvora
KCl u uslovima niže temperature. Rastvor KNO3 i AsA su značajnije
uticali na povećanje klijavosti i energije klijanja., The aim of this study was to examine whether priming seeds can improve the germination of soybean seeds in unfavorable conditions, i.e. at a lower temperature. For the research, the seeds of the NS Apolo soybean variety, which were selected at the Institute of Agriculture and Vegetables in Novi Sad, were used. The seeds were primed in different solutions: potassium nitrate - KNO3 (1%), ascorbic acid - AsA (100 mg l- 1) and potassium chloride - KCl (1%). After drying, the seeds were germinated at a temperature of 10°C, while the seeds germinated at an optimal temperature of 25°C served as a control. The research results showed that priming the seeds before sowing improved germination energy, seed germination and germination rate under low temperature conditions. The use of KNO3 and AsA solution was more effective than the use of KCl solution under lower temperature conditions. The solution of KNO3 and AsA significantly influenced the increase in germination and germination energy.",

AB  - Primena različitih mikrobioloških preparata sve više je prisutna u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, jer utiču na stabilniju proizvodnju i zaštitu životne sredine. U radu je analiziran uticaj mikrobioloških preparata i to: preparat sa efektivnim mikroorganizmima i preparat sa sporama gljive Trichoderme atroviride na masu 1000 zrna i visinu prinosa zrna pasulja. Oba preparata u ogledu su značajno uticali na ispitivane osobine kod dve sorte pasulja Zlatko i Maksa. Efektivni mikroorganizmi, primenjeni u zemljištu i folijarno u toku vegetacije, uticali su da je masa 1000 zrna bila veća za 16,94%, a primena efektivnih mikroorganizama samo u zemljište je povećala prinos zrna pasulja za 46,02% u odnosu na kontrolu. Primena preparata sa Tr. atroviride je za 17,13% povećala masu 1000 zrna, a prinos za 56,58 %.
AB  - The application of various microbiological preparations is increasingly present in agricultural production, because they affect more stable production and environmental protection. The paper analyzed the influence of microbiological preparations, namely: a preparation with effective microorganisms and a preparation with spores of the fungus Trichoderma atroviride on the weight of 1000 seeds and the grain yield of bean. Both preparations in the experiment had a significant effect on the tested properties of two varieties of beans, Zlatko and Maksa. Effective microorganisms applied to the soil and foliar during the growing season had the effect that the weight of 1000 grains was greater by 16.94%, and the application of effective microorganisms only to the soil increased the bean grain yield by 46.02 % compared to the control. Application of preparations with Tr. atroviride increased the mass of 1000 grains by 17.13 %, and the yield by 56.58 %.

AB  - Visoki prinosi i stabilna proizvodnja soje pod direktnim su uticajem količine i dostupnosti hraniva biljkama. Cilj ovih istraživanja je ispitivanje uticaja NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih mikroorganizama na visinu biljaka kod tri sorte soje, različite grupe zrenja. Efektivni mikroorganizmi i NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima statistički veoma značajno povećavaju visinu biljaka soje. NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima povećalo je visinu biljaka za 1,92%, dok je kombinacija NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih mikroorganizama povećala visinu biljaka soje za 6,30%
AB  - High yields and stable soybean production are under direct influence of plant nutrient quantity and availability. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms on the plant height of three soybean varieties which belong to different maturation groups. Effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizer with trace element statistically very significantly increase plant height. NPK fertilizer with trace elements increased the plant height by 1,92%, while the combination of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms increase plant height by 6,30%.

AB  - Eksperimentalni ogled sa paprikom bio je postavljen u plasteniku tokom 2021. godine sa sledećim tretmanima: vodeni ekstrakti od korena maslačka, kore banane i preparata Nutri Fos-K koji su primenjeni folijarno. U razvoju održivih poljoprivrednih sistema nastoji se da se smanji upotreba sintetičkih mineralnih đubriva kako bi se dobila zdravstveno bezbedna hrana proizvedena po organskim principima. Postignut je zadovoljavajući broj plodova i prinos paprike u primeni vodenih ekstrakata od korena maslačka i bananine kore. Najbolji rezultati su postignuti sa primenom tečnog sintetičkog đubriva Nutri Fos-K, jer sadrži visoku koncentraciju fosfora i kalijuma. Međutim, primena nedozvoljenih preparata u organskoj proizvodnji negativno utiče na životnu sredinu i poskupljuje proizvodnju. Primena vodenih ekstrakata od biljaka koje se nalaze na gazdinstvu i od biljnih otpadaka ne utiče na poskupljenje proizvodnje. Preporuka je nastaviti sa istraživanjem u pravcu primene vodenih ekstrakata.
AB  - An experiment with peppers was set in a greenhouse during the year 2021 and it included the following treatments: aqueous dandelion root and banana peel extracts and Nutri Fos-K preparation which were applied foliarly. In sustainable agricultural systems' development, there are efforts to decrease synthetic mineral fertilizer use to obtain healthy food produced by organic cultivation principles. A satisfactory pepper fruit number and yield were achieved by applying aqueous dandelion root and banana peel extracts. The best results were achieved by applying liquid synthetic fertilizer Nutri Fos-K, because it contains high phosphorus and potassium concentrations. However, the use of prohibited preparations in organic production negatively affects the environment and rises production costs. Applying aqueous extracts of farmstead plants and plant residue does not affect production cost increase. The suggestion is to continue research in the direction of aqueous extract application.

Cilj ovih istraživanja je ispitivanje uticaja godine i različitih sorti na broj zrna i masu zrna po biljci. U 2017. godini i 2021. godini broj i masa zrna po biljci bili su statistički veoma značajno niži u odnosu na ostale godine istraživanja. Posmatrane morfološke osobine imaju najviše vrednosti kod sorte soje sa najdužim vegetacionim periodom, broj zrna po biljci bio je statistički veoma značajno viši kod sorte Rubin u odnosu na sorte Sava i Galina, dok je masa zrna po biljci statistički veoma značajno viša kod sorte Rubin u odnosu na sortu Galina i statistički značajno 
viša u odnosu na sortu Sava.
AB  - The number of grains and the mass of grains per plant are morphological characteristics that directly affect the achieved soybean yield. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of year and different varieties on the number of grains and grain weight per plant. In 2017 and 2021, the number and weight of grains per plant were statistically significantly lower compared to other years of research. AB  - Makroogledi se izvode radi rejonizacije sorti soje, odnosno da se za pojedine lokalitete gajenja odaberu one sorte koje će u datim agroekološkim uslovima ostvariti maksimalne prinose uz minimalna variranja u različitim godinama. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, kao i prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine NS sorti soje u mreži makroogleda u 2021. godini. Sorta soje NS Fantast ostvarila je najviši prinos zrna (2.725 kg ha-1), sorta Rubin najviši sadržaj proteina (40,1%), a sorte NS Atlas i NS Hogar najviši sadržaj ulja (21,5%), dok je najviši prinos proteina po jedinici površine (1.173 kg ha-1) ostvaren sa sortom soje NS Hogar, a najviši prinos ulja sa sortama NS Atlas i NS Hogar (624 kg ha-1).
AB  - Macro-experiments are performed for the purpose of regionalization of soybean varieties, ie to select for individual cultivation sites those varieties that will achieve maximum yields in given agroecological conditions with minimal variations in different years. The aim of this paper is to consider the yield, protein and oil content, as well as protein and oil yield per unit area of NS soybean cultivars in the macro-experimental network in 2021. NS Fantast soybean variety had the highest grain yield (2725 kg ha-1), Rubin soybean highest protein content (40.1%), NS Atlas and NS Hogar cultivars the highest oil content (21.5%), while the highest protein yield per unit area (1173 kg ha-1) achieved with the soybean variety NS Hogar, and the highest oil yield with the cultivars NS Atlas and NS Hogar (624 kg ha-1).

AB  - Institut za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo poseduje veoma bogatu kolekciju različitih genotipova soje iz celog sveta, koje se razlikuju po svojim morfološkim osobinama, dužini vegetacionog perioda, tolerantnosti na stresne uslove proizvodnje, bolesti i štetočine, boji cveta, dlačica, tipu rasta, sadržaju proteina i ulja, boji semenjače itd. Cilj ovoga rada je da se sagleda kvalitet genotipova soje obojene semenjače iz kolekcije i uporedi sa standardnim sortama za pojedine grupe zrenja. Linije 4, 5 i 6 se izdvajaju po visini prinosa u svojim grupama zrenja, linije 1,5,6 i 7 po sadržaju proteina, a linije 2 i 5 po sadržaju ulja u zrnu.
AB  - The Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops has a very rich collection of different soybean genotypes from around the world, which differ in their morphological characteristics, length of vegetation period, tolerance to stressful production conditions, diseases and pests, flower colour, growth type, protein and oil content, seed colour, etc. The aim of this paper is to consider the quality of soybean genotypes of coloured seedlings from the collection and compare them with standard varieties for individual maturation groups. Lines 4, 5 and 6 are distinguished by the height of yield in their ripening groups, lines 1,5,6 and 7 by protein content, and lines 2 and 5 by content of oil in grains.

Foliar application of aqueous extract of banana fruit increased soybean yield by 18.07%, protein content by 1.64%, reduced oil content by 0.22%, increased protein yield by 19.87% and oil yield by 16.58%, while the use of aqueous extract of nettle and comfrey increased soybean yield by 17.55%, protein content by 1.70%, decreased oil content by 1.44%, increased protein yield by 19.39% and oil yield by 15.93 %. Foliar application of water increased the oil content by 1.62%, and water extract of nettle by 1.17%.

AB  - Oplemenjivači soje instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo kontinuirano rade na stvaranju novih genotipova, od kojih se izdvajaju superiorne linije po visini prinosa i nakon višegodišnjih testiranja daju na dvogodišnje ispitivanje u Odeljenje za priznavanje sorti, Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede. Ova testiranja vrše se na pet lokaliteta i da bi linija prošla registraciju neophodno je da ostvari u proseku za dve godine prinos viši od 3% u odnosu na standardne sorte za pojedine grupe zrenja. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje prinosa, sadržaja proteina i ulja, te prinosa proteina i ulja po jedinici površine linija soje u prvoj godini testiranja. Najviši prinos zrna imala je linija NS-L 410190 (3.623 kg ha-1). Najviši sadržaj proteina imala je linija NS-L 500091 (44,45%), dok je najviši sadržaj ulja zabeležen kod sorte NS Apolo (20,83%) i linije NS 500090 (20,53%).
AB  - Soybean breeders from the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops are continuously working on creating new genotypes, from which superior yield lines stand out, and after many years of testing, they are given a two-year test in the Department of Variety Recognition, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. These tests are performed at five localities, and in order for the line to be registered, it is necessary to achieve an average yield of more than 3% in two years compared to the standard varieties for certain groups of maturation. The aim of this paper is to consider the yield, protein and oil content, and protein and oil yield per unit area of soybean lines in the first year of testing. The highest grain yield was in the line NS-L 410190 (3623 kg ha-1). The highest protein content was found in the NS-L 500091 line (44.45%), while the highest oil content was recorded in the NS Apollo variety (20.83%) and the NS 500090 line (20.53%).

AB  - Visoki prinosi i stabilnaproizvodnja soje pod direktnim su uticajem količini i dostupnosti hraniva biljkama. Cilj ovih istraživanja je ispitivanje uticaja NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih mikroorganizama na prinos kod tri sorte soje, različitih grupa zrenja. Efektivni mikroorganizmi i NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima statistički veoma značajno povećavaju prinos soje. Efektivni mikroorganizmi povećali su prinos za 7,28%, NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima za 11,20%, dok kombinacija efektivnih mikroorganizama i NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima povećava prinos soje za 14,86%.
AB  - High yields and stable soybean production are under direct influence of plant nutrient quantity and availability. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms on the yields of three soybean varieties which belong to different maturation groups. Effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizer with trace elements statistically very significantly increase soybean yield. Effective microorganisms increased the yield by 7.28%, NPK fertilizer with trace elements by 11.20%, while the combination of effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizer with trace elements increase soybean 
yield by 14.86%.

AB  - Soja je leguminoza sposobna da usvaja elementarni azot iz vazduha zahvaljujući simbiozi sa kvržičnim bakterijama. Inokulacija semena soje visokoefektivnim bakterijama povećava usvajanje azota i pozitivno deluje na 
ostvareni prinos. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje uticaja primene NS Nitragina na prinos šest sorti soje različitih grupa zrenja. Inokulacija statistički veoma značajno povećava prinos soje, a povećanje se u proseku kretalo od 6,13% kod sorte NS Zoja do 8,49% kod sorte Sava.
AB  - Soybeans are legumes capable of absorbing elemental nitrogen from the air thanks to symbiosis with symbiotic bacteria. Inoculation of soybean seeds with highly effective bacteria increases nitrogen uptake and has a positive effect on the achieved yield. The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of NS Nitragine application on the yield of six soybean cultivars of different maturation groups. Inoculation statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and the increase ranged from 6.13% in the cultivar NS Zoja to 8.49% in the cultivar Sava.

AB  - The research has been conducted during a three-year period in order to determine
the protein content in bean grains grown by organic principles and to choose more
suitable variety for farming in organic production. The field experiment was set
by a split-plot design in 4 repetitions on calcareous chernozem. The large plots
were cropped with varieties Maksa and Zlatko, while control subplot was treated
by agro-technical treatments permitted in organic production. In the research, the
starting hypothesis was that the protein content in bean grains will depend on variety
and applied agro-technics in organic bean growing technology. The protein
content in bean grain was statistically significantly dependent on agro-ecological
conditions during the production year, variety and applied agro-technics. For the
production of bean by organic principles, Maksa variety is recommended. It is
possible to achieve high protein content in beans grown in accordance with the
principles of sustainable ecological development.
