Potencijal stočnog graška za prinos proteina krme i zrna

Field pea, in the form of both forage and feed pea, represents a cheap and quality supplement to soybean meal. On average, forage crude protein yield may reach 1,900 kg ha-1 in winter forage cultivars and more than 1,700 kg ha-1 in spring forage cultivars. The feed pea cultivars of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops Novi Sad of the latest generation, Partner, Kristal and Dukat, have average grain crude protein yields of between 1,400 kg ha-1 and 1,500 kg ha-1.
Stočni grašak, u obliku krmnog i proteinskog graška, predstavlja jeftinu i kvalitetnu dopunu sojinoj sačmi. Prosečan prinos sirovih proteina krme dostiže 1.900 kg ha-1 kod ozimih sorti i više od 1.700 kg ha-1 kod jarih sorti. Sorte proteinskog graška Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo Novi Sad najnovije generacije, Partner, Kristal i Dukat, odlikuju se prosečnim prinosima sirovih proteina zrna između 1.400 kg ha-1 i 1.500 kg ha-1.
