Kvalitet rada mašine za formiranje mini gredica
Апстракт
Machine for minibed forming was aggregated with tractor engine nominal power 139 kW. The working width was 305 cm (4 minibeds). Work quality was evaluated by physical property of soil, before and after minibeds forming, and depends of depth. Samples were taken by standard ISO 10381-6. The structural composition was measured at field conditions by sifting complet (method of Savinov). The structure coefficient at the depth of 10-25 cm were 0.36-0.07, and after minibeds forming 1.03-0.51. Soil moisture and volumetric bulk density were examined by the standard method, based on usage of Kopecky's physical rolles. The volumetric bulk density at the depth of 10-20 cm was 1.39 g.cm-3, and after mini beds forming 1.16 g.cm-3. The penetrometric resistance was measured by a penetrometet Finland Irvine Ltd. The penetrometric resistance of soil at the depth of 14-25 cm before minibeds forming were 5.31- 9.58 daN.cm-2, and at the minibeds 2.78-4.99 daN.cm-2. During the evolution physical property of... soil statistical significant difference at 5% level was found in layer 10-25 cm.
Mašina za formiranje mini gredica bila je agregatirana sa traktorom snage 139 kW. Radni zahvat mašine iznosio je 305 cm (4 mini gredice). Kvalitet rada mašine ocenjen je merenjem fizičkih osobina zemlišta, pre i nakon formiranja mini gredica, kao i sa promenom dubine. Uzimanje uzoraka zemljišta izvedeno je po standardu ISO 10381-6. Strukturni sastav meren je u poljskim uslovima pomoću serije sita (metod Savinov-a). Koeficijent strukturnosti zemljišta na dubini 10-25 cm imao je vrednosti 0,36-0,07, a nakon prolaska mašine za formiranje mini gredica 1,03-0,51. Momentalna vlažnost zemljišta i specifična zapreminska masa određena je prema standardnom metodu korišćenjem cilindara po Kopeckom. Specifična zapreminska masa zemljišta na dubini 10-20 cm iznosila je 1,39 g.cm-3 a nakon formiranja mini gredica 1,16 g.cm-3. Pomoću elektronskog penetrometra izmerena je sabijenost zemljišta. Sabijenost zemljišta na dubini 14-25 cm pre formiranja mini gredica bila je 5,31-9,58 daN.cm-2, a na mini gred...icama, 2,78-4,99 daN.cm-2. Prilikom ocene fizičkih osobina zemljišta statistički značajne razlike na pragu značajnosti od 5% pojavile su se u sloju 10-25 cm.
