dc.description.abstract | One of the most popular worldwide problem, especially in the last few decades is soil degradation regarding soil oranic matter. The topic is getting more and more important. Soils are one of the largest and most important natural resources of all mankind, therefore it is very important to protect it from various types of degradation. In the absence of sufficient quantities of organic fertilizers, especially manure, it was necessary to use amendment that could be beneficial for soil properties improvement. About ten years ago, the old technology for getting material with high content of carbon, from Amazonia is renewed. In this way is obtained soil enhancer which is well known as biochar. Biochar (biocoal) is possible solution for soil quality improvement in long term. Biochar is solid material obtained in the process of carbonization (pyrolysis) of biomass consisting mainly of plant residues. The aim of this reserach is to analyse effects of biochar appliaction on soil chemical properties such as readily available phosphorus and potassium, humus content, total carbon and soil organic carbon (SOC). During the study, the increasing doses of biochar (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 3%) were incorporated in five soil types, only once, at the start: alluvium (fluvisol), humogley, eutric cambisol, chernozem - subtype on alluvial sediment and chernozem - subtype on loess. These soil types were selected based on the most common soils used by farmers in the study area (Vojvodina Province, Serbia). Experiment lasted for two years, and the plants (wheat and sunflower) were grown in semi controlled conditions, in pots of 5 l with controlled watering and N fertilization. Biochar application show statistically significant difference between tretmants in content of potassium, soil organic matter, total and organic carbon. It is not determined the statistically significant difference between treatmants in case of content of readily available phosphorus. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Jedan od najvećih svetskih problema današnjice, naročito u poslednjih nekoliko decenija je opadanje nivoa organske materije u zemljištu. Ova tema sve više dobija na značaju. Zemljište je jedan od najznačajnijih resursa za čovečanstvo, pa ga je prema tome veoma važno zaštititi od degradacije. Usled nedostatka dovoljnih količina organskog đubriva, pogotovo stajnjaka, potrebno je pronaći alternativu koja će pozitivno delovati na poboljšanje svojstava zemljišta. Pre desetak godina obnovljena je stara tehnologija iz Amazonije, za dobijanje materijala sa visokim sadržajem ugljenika. Tako je nastao oplemenjivač zemljišta, sada već dobro poznat pod nazivom biougalj. Biougalj (biochar) je jedno od dugoročnih rešenja za poboljšanje kvaliteta zemljišta. To je čvrst materijal, dobijen u procesu karbonizacije (pirolize) biomase, pretežno od biljnih ostataka. Cilj ovog istraživanja je da utvrdi efekte primene biouglja na hemijska svojstva zemljišta, kao što su lakopristupačan fosfor i kalijum, sadržaj humusa, ukupni i organski ugljenik (SOC). Tokom istraživanja, primenjivane su rastuće doze biouglja (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2% i 3%), na pet različitih tipova zemljišta, samo jednom, na početku: aluvijalno zemljište (fluvisol), ritska crnica (humoglej), eutrični kambisol, černozem na aluvijalnom nanosu i černozem na lesnoj terasi. Ovih pet tipova predstavljaju najzastupljenije poljoprivredno zemljište u Autonomnoj Pokrajini Vojvodini. Ogled je izvođen u dve proizvodne godine, a kao eksperimentalne biljke korišćene su pšenica u prvoj i suncokret u drugoj godini, koje su gajene u polukontrolisanim uslovima, u posudama zapremine 5 l, sa kontrolisanim zalivanjem i azotnom ishranom. Primena biouglja je pokazala statistički značajnu razliku među tretmanima u sadržaju lakopristupačnog kalijuma, humusa, organskog i ukupnog ugljenika. U pogledu sadržaja lakopristupačnog fosfora nije utvrđena značajna razlika između tretmana. | sr |
