dc.description.abstract | Cilj rada je bio da se ispita sadržaj ulja i proteina u semenu deset komercijalnih hibrida suncokreta kako bi se utvrdio njihov nutritivni kvalitet. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata, hibrid NS Oliva je izdvojen kao potencijalni hibrid za dvostruku namenu, zbog visokog sadržaja oleinske kiseline i dodatnog, visokog sadržaja proteina, u poređenju sa ostalim, testiranim hibridima. Analizom glavnih komponenata (PCA) u posebne grupe su se izdvojili hibridi sa visokim sadžajem ulja (NS Kiril i NS Ronin), hibridi sa visokim sadržajem oleinske kiseline (NS Oliva i NS Sanol) i hibrid sa visokim sadržajem proteina u oljuštenom semenu (NS Leviathan). | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to examine the oil and protein contents in the seeds of ten commercial sunflower hybrids to determine the nutritional and functional potential of their seeds. Based on the results, the hybrid NS Oliva was singled out as potential dual-purpose hybrid, due to the high content of oleic acids and additional high protein content, compared to other tested hybrids. The principal component analysis (PCA) singled out hybrids with high oil content (NS Kiril and NS Ronin), hybrids with a high content of oleic acid (NS Oliva and NS Sanol) and a hybrid with a high protein content in dehulled seed (NS Leviathan). | sr |
