Effect of herbicides on cultivated sunflower infield in vitro conditions
Uticaj herbicida na gajeni suncokret u poljskim uslovima i in vitro

Possibility of use of in vitro method for testing effect of herbicides on sunflower was estimated by comparing the reaction of hybrid NS-H-413 and its parent inbred lines to three different herbicides and their concentrations in field and in vitro conditions. Results obtained in vitro were in agreement with results obtained in the field and values of estimated parameters depending on herbicides, varied in the same way in in vitro and field conditions. Differences in reaction of genotypes to herbicides between in vitro and field conditions were caused by greater phytotoxicity of herbicides and stimulative effect of lower concentrations of Prometrin in vitro. In vitro method was found convenient for testing of effect of herbicides on sunflower but one must take in account mechanism of action and greater effect of herbicides in in vitro conditions.
Ispitivana je mogućnost korišćenja in vitro metode za testiranje dejstva herbicida na suncokret upoređivanjem reakcije hibrida NS-H-413 i njegovih roditeljskih linija na tri različita herbicida i njihove koncentracije u poljskim i in vitro uslovima. Rezultati dobijeni in vitro su bili u saglasnosti sa rezultatima dobijenim u polju, odnosno vrednosti ocenjivanih parametara su u zavisnosti od herbicida varirale na isti način i u in vitro i u poljskim uslovima. Razlike u reakciji genotipova na herbicide između ove dve sredine su bile posledica izraženije fitotoksičnosti herbicida i stimulativnog dejstva nižih koncentracija Prometrina in vitro. In vitro metoda se pokazala pogodnom za testiranje dejstva herbicida na suncokret, s tim što se mora voditi računa o mehanizmu delovanja herbicida, kao i njihovom izraženijem delovanju u in vitro uslovima.
