AB  - Kako bi se unapredila proizvodnja strnih žita, neophodno je bolje razumeti fiziološke procese koji su povezani sa nakupljanjem suve materije, usvajanjem azota i efikasnošću upotrebe azota. Usled toga, dvogodišnji ogled sa šest sorti ozimog ječma i pšenice izveden je na lokalitetu Rimski šančevi kako bi se utvrdio uticaj sorte i datuma setve na nakupljanja suve materije i usvajanja azota, i da bi se ispitao način na koji ovi faktori doprinose određivanju prinosa zrna i azota.
AB  - To increase small grain production, it is crucial to gain a better understanding of the physiological processes related to dry matter accumulation, nitrogen uptake, and nitrogen use efficiency. To this end, a field trial was conducted with six two-rowed winter barley and six winter wheat cultivars, grown under four different sowing dates during two growing seasons. The trial aimed to determine dry matter and nitrogen accumulation in plants and examine how these factors contributed to grain and nitrogen yield determination.

AB  - The aim of study was to assess the effects of interaction between nitrogen fertilization and sowing densities on grain yield of modern wheat cultivars. A two-year study of the wheat response to increasing doses of nitrogen fertilization and different sowing densities was carried out under rainfed conditions in the experimental field of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad, Serbia. The experiment consisted of four nitrogen fertilization treatments (F): 0, 50, 100 and 150 kg N ha-1; four winter wheat cultivars (C): NS 40S, NS Azra, NS Ilina and NS Petrija, and four sowing densities (D): 300, 500, 700 and 900 viable seeds m-2. Analysis of variance showed statistically significant effects of cultivars and sowing densities, as well as interactions F×C, C×D and F×C×D on total variability of grain yield.
