AB - In all developed countries, an efficient livestock and cattle production sector is required to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality food. According to recent publications, the global livestock business accounts for 14.5% of total anthropogenic emissions, with the cattle sector contributing to 65%. Although it contributes to total emissions, the livestock sector has the potential to mitigate climate change by 14% to 41%. It is important to emphasize that the animal production sector is critical to food production, which is essential to human survival. However, the reliability of these estimations is frequently called into question. There is currently a particularly active campaign against the livestock and cattle production sectors, and it is critical to identify the interest groups behind it and their reasons. The issue must be asked: would there be a drive for artificial or vegan “meat” if there was no intense campaign against livestock farming as the claimed cause of climate change?

AB - Sustainable resource management ensures stability and quality of agricultural production on the global food market. Organic production ensures are health-safe products, economic benefit, preserving the environment and health. In study is analyzed organic production in the World, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and North Macedonia. The organic agricultural area records a growth trend in 2021, of 1.7%. This is indicated by data from 191 countries and more than 76 million hectares of agricultural land, which is 1.6 percent of the total agricultural land.

AB - Food production is one of the world's biggest problems. Statistics record a dizzying increase in the world's population, with a particularly pronounced trend in the underdeveloped countries of the world, which are also the weakest food producers, which contributes to an uneven ratio in the production of components that are components of everyday food products. The goal of this bio paper is to make a market analysis of the production of wheat and corn for the market of the Republic of Croatia as inputs from which ready-made food is produced and to point out the importance of fiscal relief of production. This research will show how important it is to implement a sustainable production management policy to reduce production costs. The emphasis of the research was focused on models for reducing the tax burden on businesses to raise
the level of market competitiveness. In the research, a supply and demand curve for wheat and corn was formed based on current prices and production volumes, and changes were shown when the tax burden is reduced. Adequate management of the production process must be put into the function of protecting the domestic market. In this way, it is possible to meet domestic needs and create conditions for the expansion of food production. Considering the current market circumstances, this topic is given great importance, since the available data show that the purchasing power of the majority of the population in the country is declining, that is, food is becoming more expensive and scarcer.

AB - Thanks to the grain's high energy and nutritional value, oats are of great
economic importance. The paper analyzed the productivity of oats on fertile
soil, chernozem in a two-year period and in two variants of feeding: control
(variants without feeding) and in the variant with digestate. Oat productivity
parameters were analyzed: number of ears per panicle, grain mass per panicle and compared with grain yield per hectare. The results showed that year and digestate had a statistically significant effect on the number of spikelets per panicle of oats and that higher values of grain weight per panicle were achieved in the digestate variant compared to the control variant. The digestate had a significant effect on the increase in oat productivity parameters and its application in the oat crop is justified.
