The impact of different densities of selected invasive weeds on the grain yield of three soybean genotypes

AB  - The aim of the experiment was to assess the competitive abilities of three soybean genotypes and selected invasive weeds based on soybean grain yield (t ha1). Field trials with competition between three soybean varieties (NS Apolo, Fortuna, NS Zmaj) and three invasive weeds (Abutilon theophrasti, Ambrosia artemisiifolia and Xanthium strumarium) were conducted at Novi Sad (2020-2022). The split split plot design with four replications were used and plot size was 30 m2. Weeds were sown at the same time with densities of 0.5, 1, 5 and 10 weeds per m-1 of soybean row. The three central rows of the plot were used to calculate the soybean grain yield. X. strumarium caused the highest yield losses. Although 2020 was favorable for soybean growth, mean values of grain yield of soybean showed that in some treatments the Fortuna variety was showing higher grain yield compared to NS Apolo and NS Zmaj. Due to the deficit of precipitation in 2021, in the periods when it is necessary for the formation of grain yield and the contribution of other factors, genotypes NS Apolo and NS Zmaj showed higher grain yield than Fortuna. In 2022, which was extremely dry (without enough rainfall during the season), there were no significant differences between genotypes.

AB  - One of the goals of the ECOBREED work package SOYBEAN was to develop soybean genotypes with improved agronomic performance and to offer know-how for cultivation practices tailor-made for low input and organic systems. During the project lifetime, the focus of activities was on henotyping for biotic (weed, pest, diseases) and abiotic (drought and chilling stress) stress tolerance screening, as well as crop and nutritive quality and N fixation efficiency. A marker-assisted selection programme was established to identify genes/QTL of particular importance for organic soybean varieties. In addition, an assessment of the effects of cover crops and inoculation in the process of soybean seed multiplication was performed. Creating and selecting new soybean lines suitable for organic production was a key priority. After the first half of the project and the conduction of different trials and identification of useful traits, cross composite populations (CCPs) and soybean lines were available for further field testing. Chosen soybean lines went through the registration trials (2021-2022) to evaluate their performance and adaptability. The first ECOBREED soybean variety was registered by IFVCNS. NS ECOB is the variety with high protein content (00 maturity group) specifically selected for organic and low input production requirements.

AB  - The goal of our research was to examine the competitive ability of selected soybean varieties and invasive weeds, and opportunity to select the most competitive soybean varieties based on their dry plant biomass. Field trials were conducted in 2020 and 2021 at location Novi Sad. Three varieties of soybeans with different morphological traits from the same maturity group (NS Apolo, Fortuna, NS Zmaj) and three very harmful and difficult to control invasive weeds (Abutilon theophrasti, Ambrosia artemisiifolia and Xanthium strumarium) were selected for the tests. The additive design with four replications were used. Soybean was sown at a density of 450,000 seeds ha‐1 and six rows per plot with inter‐row spacing of 50 cm. After soybean sowing, all weeds were sowed on the same time in four densities by hand (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 weeds per m‐1).

AB  - Invazivni korovi Abutilon theophrasti, Ambrosia artemisiifolia i Xanthium strumarium, predstavljaju veliki izazov u proizvodnji soje i mogu značajno smanjiti prinos i profitabilnost ovog useva. Njihovo suzbijanje je otežano, jer između ostalog, mogu da klijaju i niču na većim dubinama zemljišta što otežava njihovo hemijsko i mehaničko suzbijanje, a kod nekih vrsta je potvrđena rezistentnost na pojedine herbicide. Iz ovih razloga upotreba konkurentnijih genotipova soje prema korovima može da bude značajan deo integralnog sistema suzbijanja korova, a posebno u organskoj proizvodnji. Cilj ogleda je bio da se ispitaju kompetitivne sposobnosti tri genotipa soje i odabranih invazivnih korova na osnovu gubitka prinosa semena.

Using PCA and correlation analysis, this study examined the variability in features of two types of inbred sunflower lines and determined its connection with their  seed  yields.  The  experiment  was conducted as  a  randomized  complete  block  design  with four replications  in Rimski Šančevi (the experimental field of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad) in 2018 and 2019. It examined a total of nine inbred sunflower lines created at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. The results obtained suggest a high degree of variability in the examined traits of inbred sunflower lines considered, whereas the  significance  indicated  by  the  F  test  was  confirmed  by  the  Duncan  test performed. A high  degree  of variability was  also  found  between  the  different  types  of inbred  lines considered. A  positive  correlation  was  found between  all  four  traits  observed  in  the inbred  sunflower  lines considered,  with  different  levels  of  significance.  A statistically significant  positive  increase  in the head  diameter  was  followed  by  an  increase  in  the  weight  of  1000 seeds, which generated a higher seed yield per unit area. According to the arrangement of different types of inbred lines considered on the PCA biplot, it can be concluded that the linoleic inbred lines G7L and G8L had the highest average  values  of the 1000-seed  weight,  head  diameter  and  seed  yield throughout  the  course  of  both experimental years.  The  useful  data  obtained by  PCA  analysis  can  facilitate successful  selection  programs  aimed  at developing sunflower genotypes that possess high stability and seed yields.

AB  - Prvi slučaj rezistentnosti divljeg sirka na inhibitore ACC-aze (HRAC 1) u Srbiji potvrđen je 2017. godine u opštini Bač. Najverovatniji uzrok ove pojave je preveliko oslanjanje na herbicide inhibitore ACC-aze u višegodišnjoj monokulturi soje, a takvo ponašanje rezultiralo je selekcijom rezistentnih biotipova divljeg sirka na FOP (ariloksifenoksi propionate) herbicide. Do 2021. godine u okolini Bača nije potvrđena rezistentnost na predstavnike podgrupe DIM (cikloheksandione) a koji su u ovom regionu intenzivno korišćeni kao alternativa FOP herbicidima na koje je divlji sirak razvio rezistentnost. Ovaj fenomen se nije zadržao na prethodnom nivou i lokalnog karaktera, a na ovo nas je upućivala slaba efikasnost ili izostajanje efekata FOP graminicida na drugim lokalitetima, uključujući i cikloksidim kao predstavnika DIM podgrupe. U cilju ispitivanja novih slučajeva rezistentnosti na pojedine inhibitore ACC-aze, uzeti su uzorci rizoma i semena sa lokaliteta Kuzmin, Zmajevo, Plavna i Vajska. Biljke poreklom iz rizoma sa lokaliteta Kuzmin iz 2021. godine i Zmajevo iz 2022. godine testirane su sa preporučenim i trostruko većim količinama preparata na bazi fluazifop-p-butila, cikloksidima i kletodima.

Tretmani koji su primenjeni u ogledu: 1) Herbicidi posle setve a pre nicanja useva (PRE-EM herbicidi), dimetenamid-P (864 g a.s. ha-1) + metribuzin (240 g a.s. ha-1), primenjeni po čitavoj površini sa međurednom kultivacijom; 2) isti herbicidi kao u tretmanu 1) primenjeni u trake širine 25 cm koja obuhvata zonu reda useva (čime se postiže smanjenje herbicida za 50% po ha) sa međurednom kultivacijom; 3) Herbicidi posle nicanja useva i korova (POST-EM), bentazon (864 g a.m. ha-1) + imazamoks (40 g a.m. ha-1), primenjeni po čitavoj površini sa i bez međuredne kultivacije; 4) ista kombinacija herbicida kao u tretmanu 3) primenjena u trake sa međurednom kultivacijom; 5) kombinacija PRE-EM i POST-EM herbicida; 6) netretirana kontrola i 7) kontrola sa okopavanjem.

AB  - Korovi rezistentni na pojedine herbicide postali su veoma važan problem za poljoprivrednu proizvodnju u Republici Srbiji, gde su do sada potvrđeni slučajevi rezistentnosti Amaranthus retroflexus, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Helianthus annuus i Sorghum halepense na ALS inhibitore, kao i Sorghum halepense na pojedine inhibitore acetil koenzim A karboksilaze (ACC-aze), uključujući i višestruku rezistentnost ove vrste na inhibitore oba prethodno pomenuta mehanizma delovanja. Zbog površina na kojima su rasprostranjene i prouzrokovanih šteta, ekonomski najznačajnije korovske vrste u Srbiji su A. retroflexus, A. artemisiifolia i S. halepense rezistentni na ALS inhibitore. Procenjuje se da su ove tri korovske vrste sa svojstvom rezistentnosti na pomenute dominantne herbicide za njihovo suzbijanje rasprostranjene na stotinama hiljada hektara, pri čemu najveće štete pričinjavaju u severnom delu Srbije. Značajne ekonomske štete, ali na znatno manjim površinama od prethodnih slučajeva, prouzrokuju biotipovi S. halepense rezistentni na pojedine herbicide inhbitore ACCaze, zajedno sa slučajevima višestruke rezistentnosti na inhibitore ACC-aze i ALS inhibitore. Ovi nalazi su opomena da je više nego ikad potrebno dosledno sprovođenje antirezistentne
strategije na celoj teritoriji Srbije. To podrazumeva edukaciju, praćenje rezistentnosti korova prema dominantnim herbicidima i sprovođenje proaktivnog i aktivnog upravljanja rezistentnošću korova na herbicide.

implementation of an anti-resistance strategy is needed throughout Serbia. This includes educating, monitoring weed resistance to dominant herbicides, and implementing proactive and active herbicide resistance management.

AB  - Razvojem novih tehnologija bespilotne letlice nalaze sve veću primenu u poljoprivredi, od mapiranja zemljišta, stanja useva i rasprostranjenosti štetnih organizama, do primene sredstava za zaštitu bilja. U odnosu na uobičajene letelice moderni bespilotni sistemi za tretmane nove generacije poseduju posebno projektovanu vazdušnu podršku, uz precizno vođenje tretmana sa veoma male visine, bez obzira na stepen vlažnosti zemljišta, nagib terena, visinu i gustinu useva i druga ograničenja. Na oglednim poljima Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo na Rimskim šančevima, tokom 2021. godine, u usevu kukuruza ispitivana je mogućnosti primene herbicida pomoću savremene bespilotne letelice. U ogledima je ispitivana zajednička primena herbicida Equip (22,5 g/l foramsulfurona+22,5 g/l izoksadifen-etil) u količini 2 l/ha i Laudis (44 g/l tembotriona+22 g/l izoksadifen-etila) u količini 1,5 l/ha. Za primenu herbicida korišćena je bespilotna letelica DJI Agras T16 sa diznama TeeJet XR 11001 i to u prvom tretmanu sa 15 l/ha radne tečnosti, u drugom sa 20 l/ha radne tečnosti, dok su u trećem tretmanu herbicidi primenjeni leđnom prskalicom (Bellspray, Inc., USA) sa komprimovanim ugljen-dioksidom, diznama TeeJet XR11002, krilom radnog zahvata 3 m, pritiskom 2 bara i 200 l/ha radne tečnosti. Kukuruz je u vreme primene herbicida bio u fazi 15-16 BBCH skale, dok su od korova su bili prisutni: Amaranthus retroflexus L. (faze 14-18 BBCH skale), Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. (faze 14-16 BBCH skale), Chenopodium album L. (faze 14-16 BBCH skale), Datura stramonium L. (faze 12-16 BBCH skale), Solanum nigrum L. (faze 14-16 BBCH skale), Xantium strumarium L. (faze 14-16 BBCH skale) i Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers. iz semena (faze 12-18 BBCH skale) i rizoma (faze 12-18 BBCH skale). Ogled je postavljen po slučajnom blok sistemu u tri ponavljanja. Dimenzije osnovne parcele su bile 6x40 m.

AB  - U semenskoj proizvodnji suncokreta hemijske mere suzbijanja širokolisnih korova kao što su Ambrosia artemisiifolia L., Abutilon theophrasti Medik., Xanthium strumarium L., Chenopodium album L. i drugi često nemaju zadovoljavajući efekat, dok efekat zemljišnih herbicida najčešće izostaje zbog čestog deficita padavina. Imajući u vidu da jaka zakorovljenost semenskih useva suncokreta dovodi do smanjenja prinosa i kvaliteta semena, primena herbicida za suzbijanje širokolisnih korova posle nicanja postaje izuzetno značajna i neophodna mera. Pri izboru herbicida u semenskoj proizvodnji suncokreta mora se voditi računa o njihovoj selektivnosti, a u praksi je potrebno dobro poznavanje reakcija inbred linija na preporučene herbicide, dok su testiranja ovog tipa postala obavezna za institucije koje se bave ovom proizvodnjom. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se ispita uticaj novog herbicida halauksifen-metila (preparat Viballa, halauksifen-metil 3 g/l) na prinos i kvalitet semena (masa 1.000 zrna, energija i klijavost semena) 4 inbred linije suncokreta (L1, L2, L3, L4) selekcionisanih u Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo iz Novog Sada.

AB  - Kukuruz je jedna od najvažnijih ratarskih kultura koja pokazuje široke genetske i fenotipske varijacije. Zauzima važno mesto u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji kako u svetu, tako i u Srbiji. Glavni cilj oplemenjivanja kukuruza je dobijanje novih inbred linija odnosno identifikovanje novih hibridnih kombinacija koje će nadmašiti postojeće hibride po prinosu zrna i drugim agronomski značajnim osobinama. Cilj rada je bio da se ispita fenotipska varijabilnost 10 NS hibrida kukuruza različite genetičke osnove i grupe zrenja u agroekološkim uslovima Rimskih Šančeva, da se sagleda međuzavisnost prinosa zrna i drugih ispitivanih osobina primenom PCA i korelacione analize. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na visoko značajno variranje svih ispitivanih osobina izuzev dužine klipa. Značajnost razlika, na koju je ukazao F test, potvrđena je Dankanovim testom. Koeficijenti korelacije ukazuju na značajnu pozitivnu međuzavisnost između mase 1000 zrna i dužine klipa (r=0,698). PCA analiza je dala kompleksniju analizu međusobnih zavisnosti ispitivanih osobina i prinosa zrna. Najveće prinose postigli su hibridi koji su istovremeno ispoljili i visoke vrednosti nekoliko komponenti prinosa. Ostvareni prinosi su se kretali od 11210 kg ha-1 kod hibrida G-10 (FAO 600), do 14790 kg ha-1 kod hibrida G-3 (FAO 400). U ovom istraživanju su hibridi ranije grupe zrenja ostvarili veći prinos zrna, najviše zbog tolerantnosti na sušu. Zbog toga se teži stvaranju hibrida kukuruza koji će biti tolerantni na sušu i koji će se uspešno nositi sa negativnim posledicama globalnog zagrevanja.
AB  - Maize is one of the most important field crops with broad genetic and phenotypic variations. It occupies an important place in agricultural production in the world as in Serbia. The main aim of maize breeding is to obtain new inbred lines, i.e. to identify new hybrid combinations that will surpass existing hybrids in terms of grain yield and other important traits. The aim of this study was to examine the phenotypic variability of 10 NS maize hybrids of different genetic bases and maturity groups in agroecological conditions in Rimski Šančevi, to consider the interdependence of grain yield and other tested traits using PCA and correlation analysis. The obtained results indicate a significant variation of all examined properties except for the ear length. The significance of the difference indicated by the F test was confirmed by the Duncan test. Correlation coefficients indicate a significant positive interdependence between the mass of 1000 grains and the ear length (r = 0.698). PCA analysis provided a more complex analysis of the interdependencies of the examined traits and grain yield. The highest yields were achieved by hybrids that simultaneously showed high values of several yield components. Yields ranged from 11,210 kg ha-1 in the G-10 hybrid (FAO 600), to 14,790 kg ha-1 in the G-3 hybrid (FAO 400). In this study, hybrids of earlier maturity achieved higher grain yields, mainly due to drought tolerance. Therefore, the goal is to create drought-tolerant maize hybrids that will successfully endure the negative consequences of global warming.

AB  - Cilj ove studije je bio da se ispita stepen varijabilnosti osobina četiri inbred linije suncokreta i njihova međuzavisnost primenom korelacione analize. Tokom 2018. i 2019. godine, na lokalitetu Bijeljina, Bosna i Hercegovina, umnožene su 4 inbred linije suncokreta: L-1 (SU), L-2 (SU), L-3 (IMI), L-4 (IMI) vlasništvo Instituta za ratarsto i povrtarstvo iz Novog Sada. Ponavljanja su napravljena na taj način što je jedna kaseta parcele (odnos redova A-sterilnog analoga i B-fertilnog analoga u jednoj kaseti je 6:2) predstavljala jedno ponavljanje, a broj ponavljanja iznosio je četiri. Rezul tati dvogodišnjih istraživanja u poljskim uslovima pokazali su statistički visoko značajne razlike, ispitivane inbred linije suncokreta razlikovale su se u prosečnim vrednostima klijavosti semena, mase 1000 semena, sadržaja ulja u čistom semenu i prinosa semena. Najveći koeficijent varijacije ostvaren je kod prinosa semena (CV=46,4 %), a najmanji kod sadržaja ulja u čistom semenu (CV=6,37 %). Klijavost semena u 2018. godini kod ispitivanih inbred linija u proseku je bila veća za 8 % u odnosu na 2019. godinu. Iste godine inbred linije su ostvarile veći prinos semena u proseku za 196 kg ha-1. Veća masa 1000 semena i sadržaj ulja u čistom semenu u proseku ostvaren je u 2019. godini, masa 1000 semena u proseku bila je veća za 7,67 g, dok je sadržaj ulja u čistom semenu bio veći za 0,75%, što statistički nije bilo značajno (p=0,063). Povećanje sadržaja ulja u čistom semenu prati statistički značajno povećanje masa 1000 semena (r=0,401), ali sa povećanjem prinosa semena, visoko statistički značajno se smanjio sadržaj ulja u čistom semenu, što je predstavljalo najjaču negativnu korelaciju (r=-0,434).
AB  - The aim of this study was to examine the degree of variability of traits of four inbred sunflower lines and their interdependence using correlation analysis. During 2018 and 2019, at the location of Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, 4 inbred sunflower lines were multiplied: L-1 (SU), L-2 (SU), L-3 (IMI), L-4 (IMI) owned by the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad. Repetitions were made in such a way that one plot cassette (ratio of rows of A-sterile analogue and B-fertile analogue in one cassette was 6:2) represented one repetition, and the number of repetitions was four. The results of a two-year study of field conditions showed statistically highly significant differences, the examined inbred sunflower lines differed in the average seed germination, 1000 seeds weight, oil content in the pure seed and seed yield. The highest coefficient of variation was achieved in seed yield (CV= 46.4 %), and the lowest with the oil content in pure seed (CV = 6.37 %). Seed germination in 2018 in the examined inbred lines was on average 8 % higher than in 2019. In the same year, inbred lines achieved a higher seed yield by an average of 196 kg ha-1. AB  - Zajednička primena dva ili više herbicida različitih mehanizama delovanja je česta praksa, čiji ciljevi su proširenje spektra delovanja, smanjenje troškova i sprečavanje razvoja rezistentnosti korova na određene herbicide. U zavisnosti od mehanizma delovanja, interakcije između herbicida mogu biti sinergističke, antagonističke ili aditivne, u skladu sa tim da li je zajednički efekat na biljke veći, manji ili jednak zbiru efekata herbicida kada se primenjuju sami. Istovremena primena herbicida iz grupe triketona i triazina je korisna zbog sinergističke interakcije kojom se postiže efikasnije suzbijanje korova u odnosu na njihovu pojedinačnu primenu. Sinergistička interakcija u kukuruzu je najčešće korišćena kod zajedničke primene mezotriona (iz grupe triketona) i terbutilazina (grupa triazina), a što je moguće postići i kombinovanjem drugih predstavnika pomenutih grupa herbicida. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi koje su mogućnosti zajedničke primene tembotriona i terbutilazina, odnosno eventualne prednosti i nedostaci, u odnosu na pojedinačnu primenu tembotriona i standardnu kombinaciju mezotriona i terbutilazina u kukuruzu.

AB  - Ambrozija pelenasta (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih invazivnih korovskih vrsta u Srbiji, za čije suzbijanje se u većini ratarskih useva najčešće koriste herbicidi ALS inhibitori. U poslednjih nekoliko godina na području južne i centralne Bačke, ovi herbicidi nisu ispoljili očekivanu efikasnost u suzbijanju ove korovske vrste. Cilj ispitivanja je bio da se ispita postojanje rezistentnosti ovog korova na ALS inhibitore i njena rasprostranjenost u Srbiji. U 2018. i 2019. godine, na prostoru centralne i južne Bačke, sa 36 polja soje, suncokreta, šećerne repe i kukuruza, sakupljeno je seme populacija ambrozije pelenaste u kojima se pretpostavlja da je došlo do razvoja rezistentnosti na herbicide ALS inhibitore. Biotestovi sa ovim populacijama imali su cilj da se proceni rasprostranjenost rezistentnosti i kreiraju mape.

AB  - Regulatori rasta su različite hemijske supstance koje svojim uticajem na fiziološke procese u biljkama utiču na njihov rast i razvoj. Osnovni cilj njihove primene je da povećaju otpornost useva na poleganje do koga dolazi usled nepovoljnih vremenskih uslova, neadekvatne upotrebe azotnih đubriva i sortne specifičnosti. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se ispita uticaj regulatora rasta na visinu biljke, dimenzije vegetacione kupe, prinos semena, kao i glavne osobine proizvodnih karakteristika i kvaliteta semena uljane repice. Poljski ogledi su izvedeni 2019. i 2020. godine na oglednim poljima Instituta za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo, lokalitet Rimski šančevi, po slučajnom blok sistemu u četiri ponavljanja, sa veličinom osnovne parcelice od 30 m2. Ispitivan je efekat regulatora rasta na usev uljane repice: Moddus 1,5 l/ha (trineksapak-etil 250 g/l), Tilmor 240 EC 1,2 l/ha (tebukonazol 240 g/l), Carax 1 l/ha (mepikvat-hlorid 210 g/l + metkonazol 30 g/l). Kontrolne varijante nisu tretirane. Regulatori rasta su primenjeni na ozimoj uljanoj repici u fazi 6-8 listova (faza BBCH 16-18). Za primenu regulatora rasta korišćena je leđna prskalica sa komprimovanim ugljen-dioksidom i diznama XR11002, uz utrošak vode od 200 l/ha i pritisak 2 bara. Brojnost biljaka (na 2 m dužine, u 5 ponavljanja po parcelici), vizuelna ocena fitotoksičnosti tretmana na usev 
(skala 0-100%), visina biljaka (5 biljaka po parcelici) i visina i širina vegetacione kupe (5 biljaka po parcelici) su određeni na dan tretmana, mesec dana nakon tretmana i u fazi formiranja druge internodije (faza BBCH 32).

AB  - Halauksifen-metil je novi herbicid i jedini član sintetičkih auksina koji se može koristiti u svim hibridima suncokreta. Najvažniji korovi suncokreta pripadaju najčešće istoj familiji kao i suncokret, poput problematičnih za suzbijanje: ambrozija pelenasta (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) palamida njivska (Cirsium arvense (L.) Scop.), boca obična (Xanthium strumarium L.) i dr. Oslanjajući se uglavnom na ALS inhibitore u poslednje dve decenije, neki korovi (uključujući nedavno i A. artemisiifolia) razvili su rezistentnost na ove herbicide i imaju veliki negativan uticaj na održivost postojećih strategija za suzbijanje korova. Zbog svojih jedinstvenih svojstava, kao što je izuzetna efikasnost protiv nekih ekonomski značajnijih korova koji se teško suzbijaju, halauksifen-metil može zauzeti značajno mesto u integrisanom sistemu mera. Cilj naših ogleda je bio da se ispita mogućnost suzbijanja nekih ekonomski značajnih širokolisnih korova u usevu suncokreta, sa posebnim osvrtom na A. artemisiifolia rezistentnu na ALS inhibitore. U periodu od 2017-2020. godine u poljskim ogledima je ispitivana efikasnost u suzbijanju korova i selektivnost prema usevu preparata Viballa (3 g a.s./l halauksifen-metila) na konvencionalnom i suncokretu tolerantnom na imidazolinone i tribenuron-metil.

 sup­presses weeds in row within a second. Apart from this, heat also affects
 growing crop plants and surrounding soil. The aim of this paper was to determine the effect of different propane doses, on photosynthetic and polyphenolic (total flavonoids and anthocyаnins) pigments in soybean leaves, as well as the number of microorganisms in the soil. Soybean plants exposed to flame showed a different reaction to high temperature stress, which was reflected in differ­ent content of analyzed biochemical parameters, but the most responsive were anthocyanins. Actinomycetes turned out to be the most sensitive group of soil microorganisms affected by weed flaming, while fungi were the most tolerant.
